To me, Shizuru's face is more "mature" than that. That girl in the pic has SLIGHTLY DARKER tone of hair color compared to Shizuru-sama.

The face on the pic reminds me of the "face type" of Erstin/Arika. Shizuru just dont look like that...

Well it's doujinshi, so different amatuer artists have their own take on how they portray a character. So if they choose to make her genki, then they'll make her genki

As far as moe goes...are you sure you don't *feel* moe when you look at Shizuru?
