Looks like pretty much every DAL girl made it, except Origami.. And as for Kurumi, just like you said, this magazine must have been in May or something. Or japan really dislikes yandere/yangire characters.

Unlikely, since Kurumi is at the top of the charts for DAL's character popularity.

Undetermined. Though there have been hints that she has underlying/growing feelings for him.

He did literally jump in front of a bullet (read: big-@$$ cannon) to protect her, and he did win over her past self/copy.
