As for enemies, if you consider recolouring, yes... they do. But there are some monsters not shown in the artbook... Mostly are mechas... Spoiler for Some of the mecha monsters:
Just played for abit more to double check. I noticed that if the monsters' name are different by a bit, they will add a new part to the monster itself.

Overall impression of the game.
Story wise, it is short, but it is enough for me to know the story well. Dungeon wise, well repeated landscape, but some dungeons that can use the repeated landscape is not used for some purpose. (E.g Towers.) Game System wise, well, revamped Neptune V, added with some Final Fantasy game system(E.g. Frontal rectangular/cone/semicircle AoE, Circular AoE at the front/around the user, Frontal AoE without any indicator, etc.). Well, difference is that I cant control the team when it is enemy's turn so if the enemy uses AoE at all 3(Yes, only 3 people can be used at one time, can be substituted with another character though.), then all 3 will get hit. This can be tough on those who cannot position the team well. I used my FF14 knowledge to try and get hit at most once by the AoE to know the type of AoE they have, and position the characters carefully (90% of the time will fail due to enemy also being able to reposition themselves for a 2 person AoE strike, unlike FF14.) Game balance: Well, if your level is high enough (Well, you usually do as u progress the story) u can beat a game without any DLCs easily. However, people tend to try and speed run this, only to fail at some point as they do a miss, or 0 damage, as the story is too short to level. Another thing is if you put a certain Fury that 2x your damage on a dungeon, both sides will have 2x damage, which can be good or bad. Character: I am fine with this. Now for the negatives. (Cant be totally positive, and cant be totally negative.) As I said before, this can be easy if you grind. So after the 1st playthrough, the whole game will be very easy... If you do it correctly, this game will start to get boring after awhile. Weapon upgrades plays a major part in battles, full upgrade on a weapon can already mean you have already cleared the game. There is no true ending in this game, but I can already guess whats the true ending anyway. Overall it is quite fun, I even tried to skip my turn to see some boss attacks they gonna cast, who knows they can be deadly even a weapon is fully upgraded.
