Given how Japanese pronounce english words usually, it's probably going to be "glas-su lip-pu"

Close. The Katakana shows it as Gu-ra-su-rii-pu.

Premise sound realy good. I don't realy care whether it will be romance or SoF as long as it will done right and it doesn't go with Okada-sque angst fest (regardless whether she would be actualy involved or not).

Imagine if it was set in the same world as NagiAsu. One episode they just show a Sea Dweller just pop out. Maybe even be a character.

I expect really shiny stuff. I mean just look at it. Sparkling glass and PA! Hopefully they won't abuse lens flare effects or something.

I believe this is their 2nd original work without Okada at the helm, which does raise some concerns although Tari Tari was quite nice.

I'm expecting a Hansaku Iroha cameo or reference where the main character will be holding a piece of glass and be like "I wanna make this glass sparkle"!

I dunno... It may be a plus depending on how you look at it . Though yeh this is likely their 2nd anime original work after Tari Tari without Okada involved. Unless you want to count Angel Beats /spits.

No staff has been announced (unless I missed it?) so the possibility it's an Okada show still exists.

That said I hope Kanami Sekiguchi returns as chief animation director, it's gonna be two years since Tari Tari. (she worked on episodes and small projects, but not on full shows)

Not really getting a romance vibe, though I could be wrong. I hope romance isn't a major factor though because the number of romance anime or animes with significant romance elements to them that I like are very numbered.

Pretty decent PV. Although it didn't have anything outstanding per se but I'll sure there's more to come. IIRC PA Works usually releases 3 PVs and a bunch of CMs so I'm sure future ones will have "glass" in them. But for now, I really like the melancholic, sombre atmosphere it portrayed compared stinky sappy melodrama that NagiAsu did for their PVs.

Also, I must congratulate PA Works for not using that samestyle character designs (or the demented Buriki designs they did for Nagi) they have been using since Hanasaku Iroha. It actually looks somewhat different and I am pleased. Also I really like the main girl's voice, it's not the typical squeeky anime girl voice as it sounds somewhat natural and elegant. And she looks beautiful more than cute/moe with long hair which is a plus in my books .

Also the credits... I saw both Choucho and nano.ripe. So they decide to get both one of the best and one of the worst vocalists in the same anime.

Yeah, you would be. You're a much bigger Tari Tari fan than me, though I thought it was pretty decent. I should be happier about Nishimura than I am, but his work in recent years frankly hasn't impressed me much. We'll see - with Okada at least you're pretty much guaranteed it won't be boring. There's a bit of a Satou Junichi meets Kyoto Animation thing here that's not quite working for me, but you can only tell so much from one PV and a key visual.

Miki Takeshita (Red Data Girl, Yuruyuri - Happy Go Lily animator) is designing the characters, and serving as chief animation director. Akito Matsuda (D-Fragments, Dog & Scissors) are composing the music with the label Lantis, and nano.RIPE will perform the ending theme.

That's my complaint here.
It's a nice PV but it looks like a common recent PA works series (Uchouten Kazoku excluded). I wish they introduced the glass and eyecandy visuals or made use of special angle lens shots. Something more like the key visuals used for this series.
However I know it's only the 1st PV but I think it'd have been more relevant to introduce the glass earlier.

I will note that if the series does not use the glass theme to a significant amount, I will be dissappointed. However, I have faith as PA have never done a pure "cute girls doing cute series" before nor do they resort heavily to juvenile comedy antics. PA Works ain't Kyoto Animation in that regard. Except in Hanasaku Iroha, due to a certain writer. But since that writer is not involved in this series whatsoever I'm expecting a Tari Tari like atmosphere in the format of a coming of age drama with a glassmaking theme. May or may not have romance on the side, but my gut feeling is that romance will be at best a minor element.
