Bizon never really came off to me as a high ranking leader-type. I know he was pretty much in charge of his squad right under Alfried, but he always just seemed to be that kind of character to me - a pilot. The cliffhanger was surprising to me because of this huge leap of status he's taken, and no doubt it has to be because he is driven by rage, feelings of betrayal, and the desire for revenge. He probably realizes that he isn't "strong enough" as he is to get what he's lost, so in order to be stronger he has to become more than his current self. Hence we get this emperor Bizon type character.

Probably did feel that being a pilot wasn't good enough. If he really wanted revenge on Aoba he'd need more than that. Not to mention where he got dropped off he probably realized he'd be too old to be an effective enough pilot to kill Aoba anyways. So instead better to create a nation that exists solely for his own revenge. Kind of impressive really, creating a world war just to kill one person .

Its pretty sad to what hes becomes it shows how hatred can corrupt a good, soldier who always tried to keep civilian casualties into wanting to kill a 16 year old boy who has, done nothing wrong to him he blames him for hina for not loving him and he needs to take a,hint.....she doesnt

If they make Aoba only coupling with Hina, certain blond bishounen will be jelly. I hope they don't modified Hina's Vanliancer, it look badass as it is. Maybe some repaint but hopefully no major change.

Now, I wish Bizon to break the timeloop. But given Dr. Hahn's experimentation on his brain, he'll make an empire and in time try to defect Dr. Hahn to his side. It would be nice if Emperor Bizon didn't recruit Dr. Hahn in the first place. And yet, he did recruit him out of revenge. Thus, the consequences is already set in stone for Bizon. |

One way I can see them ending season 2 in regards to resolving the war plot is if they make the end game about the Alliance's attempts at assassinating the emperor of Zog. Then after they succeed everything just falls apart and Zogilia disbands. Although in real life it'd be a lot harder than that to bring down a nation. But for the sake of plot and completion I can see it happening in Buddy Complex. It likes to keep its battles short and to the point.

At this point though, Aoba & Dio coupling is almost trademark to this show. It would be weird not to see them paired up again in season 2. |

Theyll probably make it a 3 way coupling. With aob in the middle. If not, its either Hina is not gonna be a coupler anymore or add a new female pilot/character for hina to couple with. Dio and apba for sure gonna be coupling all the time.
Their not gonna make the heroine couple with anyone else but aoba unless its in a do or die situation. |

My summary of buddy complex episode 13 bizon got rejected and aoba, got accepted lmao. I found it funny she absolutely hated him but in time, she, came to realize hes a good person who meant her no harm and he always stood by her and defended her from his own side. Its shows by continuing putting trust in someone it pays off in the end and aoba is one stubborn sob who would never give up on her even she went his Behind, his, back and stole the luxon. his trust in finally payed, off when they performed that coupling. She even was willing to back for the,for him just to save him until aoba realized there was a,time loop and he,didnt want her to go through all this suffering for his sake. I feel bad for mayuka she has,no chance with aoba, now lmao

Hina accidentally gets pulled in to the time portal and gets sent to the past with Bizon only to this time bring Aoba to the future when Bizon shows up trying to kill him. She is combined with her younger self as a result and plays through the same events. Because of her involvement this time she grows closer to Aoba than the last cycle but not quite enough to stop Dio from blocking Aoba from saving her from the portal. This time she intentionally goes through the portal because of stronger feelings for Aoba and knowledge from him what she did the last time. It replays once more but her actions in the past create much more of an impact on Aoba than before. She gets sent back to herself as a child and he goes to the future again. This time Aoba's feelings are stronger and it impact Dio more than the other cycles. It allows Dio to help Aoba stop her from going to the past and stopping Bizon from attacking the past Aoba. This would be the anime cycle. This would start the cycle from the beginning with Aoba going to the future without Hina's help.

I seen plenty of time travel shows to know that, what we see in the end is an alternate timeline. and the only reason we don't get some weird paradox, is the coupling system allowed dio, hina, and aoba to retain the memories from the original timeline which allow them to change the future, because they dont fit in alternate timeline.
you can say their like Desmond in lost I know we seen tons of gundam seed references in this show.. one of my favorite was Freedoms coming down to save the archangel. and we had a similar scene with the upgraded mechas showing up in the same fashion to save the day. |

I wouldn't mind if season 2 decided to work more on the "romance" side of things though. Ntr and homo jokes aside, romance is something season 1 teased at or lightly implied but never really touched upon. Anything would be great. Example - If next season, Dio hooks up with Mayuka or something, that would be a sight to see. Or maybe Fromm and Anessa (they are both pretty irrelevant this season but maybe not in S2) . The most obvious one everyone wants to see is if Hina will go full spaghetti/eraser juggler mode again, and if Aoba will actually develop any "closer than friends" feelings for Hina along the way. If we get at least a little of the main hero/heroine, then I would be happy as opposed to getting no hints of that. So yeah....more romance please. But I would like for them to keep a nice balance and not overdo or rush things. If Mayuka doesn't have a chance then maybe she could at least go "declare war" on Hina and get Hina to start making a move. |

I'm guessing that emperor Bizon is the Bizon we see in episode 1 that went to the past. In the time tunnel, his mecha broke up first, then Hina, then finally Aoba. Because it went in that order, it makes the most sense that Emperor Bizon went only a little bit into the future, Hina a lot more, and Aoba the most.
As for episode 13 Bizon, he was blown up, so we can't tell if he went through the time hole or died. Then again, there is a possibility that Bizon episode 1 went back to become Emperor, but Bizon episode 13 also went back to overtake that Bizon at some point as well. However, it makes more sense that Bizon in episode 1 has always been the one that becomes emperor Bizon in the infinite loop.
