Naruto had a bit more of a sense of purpose. Hachimaru wanted a healthy body to walk around in, and he's achieved that already.
He says he wants to be a samurai, but he doesn't seem to know what it means, and whenever his master tries to teach him something, he just talks shit instead of listening. |

Looks like Ata is a call back to Akatsuki and Orochimaru. He's part of an organization that wants to capture the protagonist and a parental figure trys a suicidal attack on him only for it to fail and only take his arms.

That was a great chapter.
It has a lot of awesome panels in this week chapter. I actually like that everyone in the manga has regeneration power as this will allows the characters to go wild further without holding back or else, every single power attack will either get blocked ot missed if the cast doesn't have regeneration power. |

I'm a bit confused. Initially, Ata came here to capture Hachimaru but in this chapter he told him an extra key like him was unneeded in the first place and intended to kill him. Then at the end he once again says he'll capture him. Which is it?

I've been wondering the same. At this point, I figure that while he shouldn't have existed, he's there now and as such a loose end to tie up. Kinda like a copied piece of tech or a prototype that you don't want outside of your control because, it's sensitive research data.

Well, the father is dead. It is kinda expected but still...
So, the revelation of Hachimaru's past is interesting. So he was an unwanted child that stole the power of his siblings and if he wants to return it to them, he needs to die. I guess this doesn't leave much choice for Hachimaru here except rebel against them for his own survival. |
