I foresee in the future, fanfics of G III and Kinji by fangirls. Wait there might already be some out there already.... that last scene had quite the impact after all. So Kinji and Reki are being expelled, I wonder how the others will react to this. It might be another good opportunity to give more background information about Reki in the next volume for the author.

Well, I don't really feel like I need to say anything, but I will anyways, since from your reactions Vol. 11 sounds pretty interesting, (I didn't read the summary; didn't want to spoil myself.)

Sorry for the glacial progress on the light novel, recently I had my exams, and I got an abysmally low grade on one of them, which means my parents took a few years off my life. In other words, they're blaming my bad grade on me translating, (which is probably at least partially true,) and so I'm not supposed to be doing it anymore. Which is to say, I can sneak in about half an hour. Every two days. I even started to translate a VN, since I can translate the scripts on my iPod, but that's besides the point.

I just won't be able to update a tenth as frequently and as lengthily as I'd like. So it looks like those golden days where I could actually translate are over, (for a period.)

it still amaze me to see high school student already able to translate japanese to their native language;and good luck for you study.

But yeah, Kinji does react to Aria's beauty above that of others more than he reacts to others more strongly than to Aria.

indeed,the reason kinji react more easily in hss with aria is perhaps no because he's a lolicon-otherwise,why no riko(who has big breast, even if i know purist would say only flat chest are)or reki?-but =she's the girl(godesse)he love(adore).
And kira if there had to be a new girl-i think there's more than enough=there's no even enough time to develop the connect girl(jeanne friend) or the ninja kohai-it should be aria little sister,coming after her onechan.
after kinji's imouto,it would be nice to see how the imature aria behave before her little sis;what's more we would know between a younger aria(the imouto) or an older(the mother)where his taste truly lie.
but i'd rather have reki+ nakosorachi (don't have much hope for the latter)route,they need it.

Guys, what volume and chapter covered the plane-jacking incident? I'm trying to find the novel text to see if it made any references to the model of aircraft involved (only clue so far from the anime was that it had 4 engines, and I'm taking that with a grain of salt.)

Damn, so whatever was with the CG model was more or less a direct result of the novel text. Well I can pin less of the blame on JC Staff then for the weird 4-engined model and more on the author himself.

Er...I translated V1 from Chinese, so I'm not sure about that, but I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same.

And about that contradiction, Kinji also brings it up later, saying:

And it goes down because of a fuel leak, not because of the airplane being out of commission.

Edit: If there's a contradiction, it's in the first sentence of this post.

Yeah, you had me confused there for a bit because I was concerned about the model. That section I quoted in my post was the only point in the entire chapter that said 747 rather than 737 like every other instance, and I don't want to risk changing that without getting all the info I need.
