She didn't just sound weird, she looked suspicious too. After all, she could now be used by Britannia after Shirley's death. I mean, just look how similar they are (or were?) So that raises my suspicions by at least a notch or 2.

Uh...it was stated that she would have a one-episode-appearance. All she was was the product of some idol yearning to be in an animated series, nothing else.
