Unfortunately your calculations are a bit too optimistic, due to the coronavirus, J-novel is taking longer for licensing the new volumes, that's what they say on their forum at least, so it wouldn't be strange if August ends and they didn't begin the translation yet, besides, on Seirei Gensouki's case this is just punctual, the volume 11 is the shortest of the series, it takes less time to translate it so the time difference with the previous volume is lower too, but the volume 12 is as long as the volume 7 so the most likely that would be divided on 10 parts and won't be published until almost the end of November.

Well, atleast i know that they are licensing some series quite quickly compared to before, like v12 of "Realist Hero", which was released in JP in April, but they had already started translating it by around May, and have a volume release date of August.
Considering that Main Story "Arifureta" is one of their older and popular series, i don't think they would delay the license accusation of v11, especially considering that the sale of E-Books now is higher currently.

Maybe because they do them one part a week, and they're usually 10 to 12 parts for each volume. Furthermore, they don't divide each part evenly, so some parts are longer then others.

Until now I have seen J-novel doing things this way, then to the previous quantities of time you need to add whatever quantity of time they may take until they license the next volume in the case of the series that already caught up to the japanese version, between 1 and 3-4 weeks. Infinite Dendrogram, Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo, Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha and Arifureta Zero are examples of this.

Manga Chapter 42 is out.
We get a quick wrap up of the whole thing in Fuhren, with focus on Myu calling Hajime as "Papa" (which is also the Chapter title), then move on to Hajime & Co., moving to the next town (while showcasing Shea's Bike Driving skills), and then the group reaching Horaud with Hajime remember the past and later going to the Guild and meeting Kousuke.

Well, the most interesting thing to come out of this week's chapter is that holy sword-chan's name is the same as Tortus' world tree. Combined with the fact that Auralode can also turn herself into a heavenly sword with similar functions as Lyutilis' wand in Zero, it leads to some fun speculation. The punchline with the fairies at the end was hilarious.

Phew, I finally powered my way through the rest of The Eternal Artifact. There was some great action in this final chapter, and Kaori and Myuu made for a pretty funny duo on their side of things too. Chapter 4 summary here:

Going back in time a bit, Kaori woke up and found Hajime and the others missing. She woke up Myuu, and the two decided to leave the car and look for the others. They immediately came across the dummies that Eto Shin prepared, but of course they wouldn't wake up no matter what Kaori and Myuu did. In the middle of trying to cure them, they got attacked by a school of desert sharks, so Kaori grabbed the dummies with her magic chains and ran for Brise with Myuu. They managed to jump into Brise just in the nick of time, although there was some humorous positioning of the girls' dummies due to how they were just thrown inside.(Kaori got a bit carried away when she was repositioning the Hajime dummy and it fell on top of her. Myuu's judgmental eyes are painful.

An enormous sand shark appeared and started crushing through Brise's armor with its massive teeth and laser beams, so Kaori went into her charge mode and courageously engaged in her first ever driving experience. Honestly, this is one of the funniest chase scenes ever. Kaori was driving wildly across the desert while randomly shooting off Brise's weapons to get away from the sand sharks. Meanwhile, the Yue dummy got thrown around and suffered terrible damage, and Myuu was nearly smothered to death by the chests and butts of the Shea and Tio dummies. Kaori pushed the red button when she noticed the mirage chasing them too, and they shot off as Myuu screamed while being buried in dummy Tio's chest.

Back in the mirage world, Hajime has gotten fed up with Eto Shin's insistence on keeping him there, so he blew up the surrounding neighborhood with Orkan and threatened the cat projection with Donner. However, Eto Shin persisted in wanting Hajime to stay there. Seeing that shooting the cat made no difference, Hajime and Tio quickly came up with a strategy to look for Eto Shin's core near where they first teleported in, and she transformed into a dragon while the others jumped onto her back. They flew off as she shot black flames at the surroundings. Yue and Shea noted how much Hajime has been relying on Tio since they came to the mirage world.

Arriving back near where they came in, Eto Shin sent a force of attack helicopters, tanks, and fighter jets after them.(The bullets, shells, missiles, and whatnot were non-lethal. They would just drain the person's magic when hit.) Incidentally, there's some interesting exposition here regarding the scope of Hajime's military knowledge. In the past he had looked over a lot of relevant material during the process of making a game, and he and his father even went to an exhibition held by the JSDF. While he is more knowledgeable than a general person, it wasn't to the extent where he would be considered a military otaku, though. He also doesn't have a detailed knowledge about the internal structure and workings of modern weapons. He basically made up for his insufficient knowledge when creating his own arsenal by taking advantage of magic and the properties of the materials he was using.

Hajime's group began the process of wrecking the town while taking on the military vehicles. They decided to divide up the work so that Yue would destroy his dad's office, Tio would take out the nearby sky tower, and Shea would go after the tanks and ground forces.(There was a scene of Shea throwing a tank through the air that reminded me of the 2003 Hulk movie.) Throughout the fight Eto Shin tried to convince the girls that staying there would be better, but they all denied its words even while sympathizing with it. Hajime confirmed that neither his father's office nor the sky tower were where the core was located when they were destroyed, so they decided to head to the station.

As Hajime and Yue protect each other, he pointed out the contradiction in Eto Shin's actions if it had truly believed that Hajime was a descendant of its creators. They reached the station and Yue destroyed it with her magic, but the core was not there either. They make contact with Tio and Shea, and are finally able to find its location: the place where Kaori first met Hajime. He asked Yue to destroy the place, and they defended her while she prepared her magic. Naturally, Yue unleashed her most powerful attack(in order to erase an important place in Kaori's memories) and opened a massive hole in the ground that reminded Hajime of the one he fell into on the 65th level in the upper Orcus labyrinth. Eto Shin started to close up the hole, but Hajime used transmutation to prevent it.

Hajime and the others jumped into the hole and suddenly found themselves in a place like a garden full of flowers with a temple located on a small hill nearby. They were greeted there by Kaori and Myuu, who ran up to them. Myuu acquired a trauma due to Kaori's reckless driving and told Hajime she wouldn't ask to drive anymore. Kaori, still unaware of what was going on, was also surprised to see them so well due to the state that the dummy versions of them had ended up in. Hajime explained what had happened while they all walked towards the temple.

At the temple, they came upon a 5 meter tall white pyramid in the courtyard. Eto Shin manifested a face for itself at the top of the pyramid and spoke with Hajime one last time. At the end, it thanked Hajime for his persistent desire to return home, deciding to continue traveling for eternity to look for the traces of its creators. They both wished each other well, and Hajime and the others were transported out of the mirage.

They woke up back in Brise. They got out and saw the mirage in the distance. Hajime renewed his determination to return home, while the girls got up to their usual antics. Yue commented about being able to rehearse greeting her future in-laws, which Kaori found unfair. Tio questioned Kaori about knowing where Hajime's father's company, his house, and favorite stores were located, which scared Myuu. Kaori lamented about Myuu's falling favorability. They prepared to set off, and the mirage briefly projected an image of the city into the air for them as a parting gift. Hajime thanked it in a soft voice as he griped Brise's wheel, turning his back on the artifact that will travel for eternity so that he can bring his own journey to an end.

Final thoughts on this little novel: Much like with the miraculous encounter with the Liberators in the short story collection, it may not add a lot to the ongoing continuity of Arifureta's main story, but it does go a long way towards further developing the bonds between our main cast as well as providing more insight into Tortus' long, tragic history. Tio in particular got a lot of love in this story, which was pretty rare for this time period, and we also got to see the beginnings of the "friendly" rivalry between Yue and Kaori. It's kind of sad to think that Eto Shin is still traveling alone around the desert in search of its creators even after Ehito was defeated, but who knows, maybe it will show up again in a future Tortus Travel chapter. Overall, it was definitely worth the time and money I spent on it. I can only hope it gets brought over here someday so that more people can enjoy it.

To me it doesn't though, as i kind of predicted that LN v11 would cover until atleast WN 163, mainly because it starts the main climax of the series.

Also, if we considering the amount of WN content and flow of the story, then the point at which LN v11 probably ends is perfect in terms of storytelling and cliffhanger.

Looks to be about as expected. The courage displayed by Myuu and Suzu is inspiring. I suppose we're on track for the main story to wrap up in volume 12, probably towards the end of the year or early next year depending on whether the author releases it along with the next volume of Zero or afterwards.

I would love if Kaori got Vol 12 but I doubt that since if it is going to be the final one than Yue would have the cover.

They can't leave kaori (main girl) without 2nd cover, imposible, even shizuku got a 2nd and she is not as important as kaori.

Shizuku got Vol 9 because that volume focused mostly on her and her accepting her feelings for Hajime. The only way I can see Kaori getting Vol 12 is if we are getting Afterstory so that way Yue can get that volume. Other than that....Either a Yue cover or a harem cover.
