Yes, going on a date with Mine is an honor he should be thankful for.

About Mine's weapon, she leaves herself vulnerable for a reason, her gun becomes more powerful the more she is in danger. She explains that this episode.

sure it is hax and can also be used mid range and not just for snipping
but it is nice to know that she is invulnerable while doing so...

Tatsumi: Right now, I think I'm in danger for a completely different reason.

Loved the fight.

However, I don't like how the subbers used "insult" instead of "taunt".

It made it seem like Akame was praising him for telling the guy off instead of disrupting his composure.

I'm actually glad they showed Kurome for a moment there. Good foreshadowing and we'll see her debut later in the show. I noticed they still managed to squeeze some comedy but it's not as much anymore. Also, I thought it was good to know that they explained the mechanics of Teigu. That's pretty damn important.

Nice episode. Two manga chapters in one. There were some additions like Tatsumi training with Bulat but I felt it was natural.

One big change is that in the manga the one who informs Tatsumi of the Imperial Arms/Teigu is Akame.

I liked they used the boss in this case. It kind of makes the group better

Episode 04 was a decent another 'assassination of the week' episode.
Again, I like Tatsumi still visiting his friends graves, and still thinking of them.

Don't really buy the executioners final moments of 'oh, he just wanted to find a way to die' bit.

Or some guy who clears it out using magic.
The Statement was that there is no antidote, yet a curse is usually of magical nature so yeah.

As for maintaining it I'll quote a former classmate of mine when I told them about it: 'Why not wearing plate gloves?'

Well Tatsumi gave a good effort there. Kind of hard to deal with someone that knows how you are going to attack. In the end the win came mostly thanks to the guy being shocked by Akame's strike and probably because that strike was filled with more emotion than the rest.

Kind of gives a bleak impression of what happened to her sister though. Something so horrible that for Akame killing her as fast as possible is the logical course of action. Considering what we've seen in this show...it could be pretty bad.

Guy has the ability to see through clothes and all he does is go around cutting off heads...messed up guy.

Liked epi 4 better than the previous two. Thought I knew he was gonna miss, Im glad Tatsumi actually attacked Zank while he was monologuing instead of waiting for him to finish like every other anime does

lol in the manga Mine threatens to throw Tatsumi into Corpse Party if he doesn't obey. Wish they would have kept that in somehow.

Breaking the 4th wall usually works better in manga than in anime IMO, kinda glad they left that out.

Going against an Imperial Arms user - dangerous. Tatsumi was pretty good in that fight. However, that psycho used an illusion on Akame. Good thing she didn't hesitate at all.
