Okay that chart is confusing. Diethard is still in the Black Knights. Sayako is still registered as dead, despite being seen in the preview.

Actually he never used Geass on the core BK members. Except for Kallen if you actually count her geass.

Orange has yet to make another major debut.

And is Lelouch still perhaps hovering over Ashford at the end? He's probably gonna run back inside and try to make nice-nice with the BK (like they'll give him a second chance...).

He was prepared for this. Nunnally is only going to make him uncertain, not desperate. He controls the largest army in the world now.
