To my knowledge, Bandai rarely does that. The best job IMHO Bandai had of distinguishing model kits with features was with the HGUC Zaku II's. You really HAD to buy all of them (the Garma Custom, Char Custom, MP version) to get all of the features including the Magella top cannon and bazooka, not to mention the different head on the Garma custom.

You're right, the old MG Crossbone doesn't have a beam shield. Although that still means that you have to buy the Full Cloth version if you want a beam shield for your old MG Crossbone

Stupid me who have bought the Ver.Ka version. The Full Cloth looks very very nice. But I now can't afford to buy it since Hi-Nu is coming. Well, at least the Ver. Ka has the cool cape that is very very hard to put on

I expect a Nighingale by the end of the year, possibly before the 100th MG (maybe even the 100th MG). We have a MG Hi-Nu coming out and a Bandai rep did hint at "something special" planned for this year in theMG line. Whether its the Hi-Nu, Nightingale or something else entirely...im excited.
But plz to Nightingale Bandai. I dont want to spend 2x as much on a possible MG Nightingale. |

Nope, MG Hi-Nu is supposedly the official 96th MG. That means four more MG's till the elusive 100th. Which I surely hope isn't something like a Gundam 3.0 or something... com'n, give use ZZ 2.0!
