Wow, Hisayuki really likes drawing characters in strange situations, it seems. First Lena with her Robe partially taken off, now this. It took me a while to realize that the ambiguously-gendered baseball bat holder was Mikoto.

LOL at Spider-Man Nao. Although, to be frank, even HiME Nao would probably easily defeat Spider-Man, and Otome Nao is out of question.

In the last comic, why does Mikoto have animal ears and a tail in the first panel and then suddenly doesn't? It just seems... random.

By the way, does anyone have any pictures of HiME/Otome characters drawn in a realistic style? (As opposed to anime style.)

Well, since the comic is in Japanese, what you're looking at is actually the second panel, I believe. Mikoto's ears and tail are probably something akin to SD.

Probably an exaggeration to show her excitement because she's asking what "skinshippu" is and wants to know if it's yummy.

And we all know what happens to Mikoto when food is on her mind.

I'm not that blind. It's just decent Midori fanart is hard to find now. And she's my favourite character in the series. -shrug-

Don't take things so literally. =/

the of the maistar otome from the mai-otome 0 sif.r movie are in mai and nasuki class how is that so whine thar older than her and are maistar otome bbaybe its that sisters or something

Different eye color. They could possibly be relatives but then again Hisayuki-san (like many other character designers) have the tendency to resuse designs.

Fujishima Kousuke and Sonoda Kenichi do it all the time LOL!

Not to mention, that Rei, Kyouko, and Iruma are about 20 years older than Natsuki and the rest. I'd say just design reuse.
