Some of it is because the series is that good ... some of it has to do with the number of people I've lost over my life (including two brothers and my father) and this just seems to hit that chord in my neural wiring. One of the greatest lines of romance I've ever heard in a work of fiction: "I'll help." --- had me cry-laughing the rest of the day.

Um, not THAT great really, and unfortunately, there's the GAME ending, which is... well... lame You can find spoilers somewhere, just so you know how lame the anime can become BUT... Asa dying seems more interesting than the game ending, but that's very unlikely to happen

I was thinking, maybe the greatest punishment for asa is to have a relationship with rin.
First she have to put up with him, his personalaties, his indecisiveness etc. Second she will have to put up with every girl wanting to marry him. She cann't leave rin out of her sight 24/7 |

Nah, I bet Asa doesn't care about Rin's flaws. Ah... Love... (or mere stupidity, pick one, they're awfully close ) And I don't think that Asa will keep Rin for long if he appears to notice other girls Unless you return above and pick again
