I believe the answer to that question is a simple matter of size. If you're going to go for it only once, go big.

Somehow I don't doubt Suzaku stooping that low just to hurt Lelouche.

She wasn't aware that the shower curtain had been pulled back by her movements. When Lelouch alerted her to the fact, she freaked out and covered up.
Sure, but wasnt that aftewr she deemed Lelouch as a non-hostile?And how can one grab someone from behind the curtain without revealing himself\herself.

Frankly, she covered up because it was fanservice and not full-blown hentai.
So its "wierd shit happenz in anime" afterall.

She stole her own viriginity.

Suzaku doing that, though, basically destroy any sense of his ideals, then drops the remnants in acid. How the hell would he even get away with that?

Um, this is Suzy boy we're talking about. Once you murder your own parent, being a rapist is not really that much worse.

... by putting their arm around the curtain? One doesn't have to open up the whole thing to grab someone, and that curtain was transparent enough to see a basic outline through it.

Suzaku is willing to inject her with a highly addictive drug that messed up her own mom, I don't think Suzaku cares about morals anymore.

He might not care about morals but he's not one for pointless violence either. What good would raping her do? It won't stop Zero, it won't get any info. Suzaku might not be morally rightous anymore but he's not a petty villian either.

Well, we don't knowif refrain itself is that addictive on it's own. In season 1 it's said to be addictive mostly because it allows for the one taking it to recall happier times and since the peple taking it are mostly people who live in despair/unhappiness to begin with, it's easy to see why it'd be addictive to them (they only want to recall hapier days after all)...

I say he's petty, He's shown to do whatever it takes to get back at Lelouche, he's extremely self righteous and believes he's never wrong in everything he does.

Why are we all suddenly saying that Suzaku's going to perform a severe (and almost literal) Rape the Dog moment? Code Geass is not that kind of show.

Then you've completely missed the point of him. He's admitted he's a sinner and nothing he's done has suggested he wants to get back at Lelouch, he merely wants him stopped because he thinks he's a bad person.

He's not very bright and his plans are poorly thought out and outright terrible at times but he's certainly not petty. If he was he would have arranged Lelouch's death at the first sign of Zero returning regardless of proof.

I don;t see rape in Suzaku's cards, just more stupid actions like attempting to drug Kallen.

Maybe because that sooner or later, an antagonist has to commit a Rape the Dog-act? (depends on what sort of antagonist they want to portray him as though).

Suzaku is not that type of antagonist in fact an antagonist goes against the beliefs of the protagonist whether good or evil it's the main character's opposite and if Suzaku is methods are stooping down to Lelouch's....well...what does that say about Lelouch?

In the eyes of many CG fans (rather ignorant ones):

Lulu's massacre of civilians/killing < Suzaku attacking Lulu.
(in evilness)

Well, I hope that you're right and that he's an antagonist only in the sense that his beliefs and methods are the opposite of Lelouch's... but who knows?

He's working his way to full-blown antagonist. Give it time.

Oh wait wait they were "pretentiously" dangerous so killing them served a purpose after all right? Hmmm...... oh but wait a minute didn't he declared something back in episode 11 was it that I will conquer the Geass Cult for my own whim but Lulu that Cult is evil and must be destroyed it is the root of all that's happen, oh well better luck next time

Ignorant CG fan alert! Even though his methods are similar to Lelouch's you still condemn him for being an antagonist
