we actually found the bulb for pretty cheap from a place in Portland, Oregon it was around 200 dollars even after taxes which isn't to bad considering most wanted 250 before tax. yeah the repair shop owner where we ordered the bulb said that the model had a lot of issues. we will be looking to buy a new t.v. in the next year or so. so hopefully nothing else goes wrong before then. thanks for all the advice u guys provided.
