It wouldn't make sense to develop Kallen as a potential LI for lelouch during the whole R2 series so far , so she would go for gino -.-' .... .

I hope they are fake merely because I think it would be disappointing for Lelouch to continue down the same evil path even after being betrayed. And I have high expectations for episode 20. I'm hoping that Kallen will be the one to convince Lelouch to change and to seek redemption.

They have to found more credible and "spoilers" the next time...

To be frank, it is possible, as everything is possible, but it would simply ruin a part of the show by ruining two of my more liked characters. But, then that is just me being biased. That aside, this next episode should debunk whatever hasn't already been debunked by logic.

Such as another knight... and Suzaku not piloting the Lancelot.

Based on the new summary about episode 18,Isn't strange that Gino question to Kallen about her intentions and we don't see what happens afterward. Then next thing we know she about to get executed. Either way if Gino doesn't attempt to rescue Kallen next episode then he doesn't have any romantic feelings for her.

If you are looking to the spoilers in that Newtype it talks about Kallen being sent to execute Kallen during th battle. The same spoiler also says who it is that steps in. It also says that Sayako shows up. It appears Sayako is the one who rescues Kallen and they escape in the Guren.

I know, that's not what I'm talking about though. If Kallen needs saving, then that means that no one did anything, hence Sayako's role. I also can't see Gino doing anything after a wooping single conversation with her about Suzaku. But, I'd get a kick out of Gino being the one who put her up for execution.

personally i still want to know her answer to his question
i also want to know his response to learning that she's about to be killed (he cant help her,but i want to know how he would feel about it)
and if either of these effect him

Cool that means Lelouch had it planned out and he didn't forget about Kallen, unlike everyone else including Ougi. Only one who seemed to remember her was the scientist lady (can't spell her name).

For the former, it would be out of character to answer anything but "no," especially now. I doubt he knows she's about to die for the latter.

As far as those new "spoilers" go, I'll take'em with a huge sack of salt for now XD. It isn't impossible that they'll come true, I suppose, but they certainly doens't sound too true such as it is...

If you see the extended preview for episode 18 you will hear at the end Lelouch talking about saving Kallen.

Why are people jumping on this all of a sudden? They have had one conversation together, mostly about Suzaku.

Most of Kallens time in jail has been about her learning more about Lelouch.

The Nunnally as an agent is obviously crap to me. I mean, why would Nunnally be sent as a agent ALL this time? And why would she consult the Emperor of being the Governor to make her brother proud?

Gino and Kallen..; unless they talked for 4 more episodes (7 minutes on each), I'm not convinced at all.

Suzaku asking Lelouch to kill him. Sure, if he actually happened to fire that Sunrise unbalanced piece of crap pistol attachment of a Freya.

I'm jumping on it because supposedly the same blogger that posted accurate spoilers for the last three episodes posted these spoilers as well. Until someone comes on and says that it was a different person that posted them...I remain hesitant to so easily cast them aside.

Everyone scoffed at the last batch of spoilers provided by the Korean Blog...I would like to avoid making the same mistake again.

Personally, I think putting them together with the lack of interaction they have had and only 8 episodes remaining would be poor writing. It would also render earlier scenes meaningless. What would be the point of the conversations between Nunnally and Kallen for instance? Why would the director have referred to Kallen as an essential character if her only role was to become Gino's girlfriend?

But like I said before...I want some more definitive answer on why they are fake before totally abandoning them. Code Geass has a habit of catching me off guard with the twists and turns the plot takes.
