Kinda strange how the talk for episode 14's in 15, hope this gets taken to a episode 15 thread.

Well, the new OP really does own.. a brilliant new song to go with what looks like things to appear in the anime - can't wait to see this episode.

Well, the episode wasn't as good as it could have been. Judging from the dragon thing, wayyyy outta place, ShirouXSaber must've had it going on.
I hope this isn't the drop off, since we've just come off such a badass episode as 14. Oh well, 10 more to go.

Shana and Otome had great second OPs. Fate Stay Night broke the trend with a song that is loud and slow at the same time. The beat in the background is just too plain and unexciting.

Well, episode 15 was cute and silly at the same time.

I wonder why they couldn't just imply that they would indeed just simply have sex (and not that esoteric mumbo-jumbo that went down in the episode) and just fade to black to maintain a level of propriety?

Also, for a gal that had nothing done to her (except in a "symbolic" sort of way), Saber sure did blush a lot the day after. Maybe she was thinking about doing it for real. 8)

A question to game players. No spoilers for future stuff, just episode 15.

What happened in the game during these scenes? Just straight-up sex, or something else? Don't mention any future spoilers, but I think that stuff that already happened in anime is fair, no?

The OP and the fight animation between Saber and Berserker were well-done. It was interesting though, that when Shiro got himself a weapon, he materialized a bow, not a sword (but I think he will try to create a sword next episode).

I think it deserves a 6, because it was cute in the way they were trying to be coy about it, and the fight looked quite good as well.

That's the easiest way to put it.

And it'd make perfect sense if Archer is reintroduced via the ONLY logical way he should..via you know who. UBW had the most memorable and interesting battles, not to mention the end of UBW can easily go with Fate's without so much of a ruining the pacing.

Though, I'd say putting it in the OP kinda spoils it a little....if he's really coming back. Spoilerish OPs seem like all the rage these days.

And the fact that if Archer doesn't return in the anime.. then all the OP's doing is just laughing at people.

I've seen a few OPs/EDs that does exactly that. Can't remember which, but they gave all these empty promises, teases...and none happened.

Archer/Shirou and Archer/Rin NEEDs to happen. Elsewise, they might as well leave Archer for dead with a sweet memory.

And even though I predicted that Archer might return via Caster, I never expected it to ACTUALLY happen, considering how most animes don't ruin that type of "character's final moment" especially with that kind of ED.

& then you have the idea of only 10 epsidoes left.. but also that the anime's supposed to play out different towards the game, easily put - adding parts of all three of the main stories.. so yeah Caster bring Archer back into it.

Nice episode. Especially for the fan-service. And I really loved to see a blushing Saber!

Otherwise, the dragon was waaaaayyy to ugly. I understand that they didn't want to use a threesome to "recharge" Saber but they should have made the dragon in the old-fashioned way at least. Here we got a pretty 3D dragon that you could have seen on PSX! Dammit!

Uh... what? I was WTFing during the whole dragon scene. No idea what was going on there. It was cute that they lead us on, but I'd rather have a threesome then some oddly CGed dragon anyday. Oh well... maybe later.

As for the opening, I highly doubt Archer is coming back. In fact I'm almost 100% the only reason they put that in was to give the fans who were whining about lack of UBW something to go on about. I see him maybe playing a part in furthering Shirou's abilities but that's it. Same with the Rider bit. I think she's just in because leaving her out would be kind of pointless.

Served as a nice build up episode, but I must say I preferred the whole Rin and Berserker bit in game better. It kind of leaves you hanging before Rin blasts his face off. And I think he looked better horribly burnt then just missing all his skin. A 6 out of 10 from me whenever the episode thread is made.

Wait... the next episode is "Sword of Promised Victory"? Isn't Caliburn like the "Golden Sword of Destined Victory" or something equally odd sounding? Why would they be changing that?

I would assume (not having seen the raw) that the dragon refers to the Pendragon - it seems logical, despite the rather (or so I hear) odd positioning. But I'll save more comments for after seeing the subs

Oh yes... Moonlit World lists Excalibur as the Sword of Promised Victory. Not Caliburn.

I wasn't that impressed with the intro song, nor this episode. Though it was great seeing Shirou make the bow and arrow near the end right infront of amazed faces of Saber and Rin.

My poor Rin. She's so getting shafted. And not the Shirou way either.

You got a dancing avy somewhere, right? Just like Riker with his Ama one. The dragon is ugly, that's for sure. Did they put a rating on ep 15?
