Them being in the U.K. makes me think even more of them as the modern all girl band Beatles

That would be funny if the movie has no real plot just a bunch of randomness like A Hard Day's Night, and the Magical Mystery tour films.

Some how I have a feeling that this movie will incorporate a back story on why and how Sumire was assigned to retrieve the tea set from school setting up the match make with Azusa.

Setting up a third season and possible character introduction would be rather interesting. I'm pretty sure those in power have seen the draw Sumire is getting. More so that any of the other new characters from both manga, and about as much attention as Asuza in the new manga.

Though I'm not certain Sumire has met anyone in the Light Music Club...aside from Mugi of course. Though it could be just a single phone call in the entire movie.

I really, really, really doubt the movie will incorporate anything from the new manga chapters.

Just saw the trailer of the K-on movie. Seems it's a recap or a big summary of the t.v. series events before they leave.

Hope they put in some manga content in because that would be a big plus on the marketing side for anime watchers only will be surprised with a new character.

Which trailers, the ones pages before? AFAIK, the basic plot of the movie (revealed a couple of pages back) has already been mentioned to be the the group's trip to London, which can hardly be considered a recap or a summary.
