Hmm, so Liko can still transform into the more powerful Benu. It's nice that Benu was used for something good this time. Game over for governor Inagi. Well, I think his plans are good for Tokyo, but sadly.. he used evil methods to achieve his goals.

Finished the show today, honestly I liked the first season a bit better than the second one. It just had more humor imo.

hmm that serie was really good, for a sort of "super sentai anime", it's really managed to balance comedy, action and good plot, could be really cool get others season in future.

i will give it 8.5

good show overal for both seasons.

So the Pick Pokect girl's role was to ultimately set up Bird's downfall.

Overall I have to say I preferred the first season.

I thought this was a nice ending and I wouldn't mind watching another Active Raid production in the future. Probably not going to happen, if we are realistic, but you never know. Either way, I am mostly satisfied with the end result. The main cast got some time to shine and the final fight sequence was quite well done. I'm glad Bird didn't get away this time.

Regarding the second season as a whole...I thought it had several memorable episodes and the final arc was stronger than the first season's conclusion. My one complaint would be that they didn't do much with the new members of Unit 8, but otherwise I felt the second season did a good job in terms of bringing closure and even making a decent use of foreshadowing.

Still fairly entertaining though the satire of the first season was better.

to be fair i feel the second season they tried to be "more serious" the comedy was really on the beginner with the 9 section and all the "chuni justice of the girl and destroying things" after they stopped use that joke things get serious and the comedy decreased to make the serie a little more serious with bird threat.

This episode really makes my heart pumping and become more anticipating in this episode. So hype when everyone is preparing to go outer space last mission. All the oscars series help Kuroki up to the space very cool. Kuroki maybe alive at the end, but the mission really is dangerous with possible death.

Who would have thought the mysterious pickpocket girl A-ko part of the plot at the very end lol, code name "ape" or "monkey"

She can be the season 3 boss, if there is one.

Really lol at Sena and Miho, she really become yandere and scary. Best episode of this series.

i can't blame the girl, must be really frustrating lose her man for "another man", is already bad lose for another girl but for a "male" must be worse, specially when the guy don't even try to hide his "love for the other guy, specially after they almost have a "confession" before his fake death.

I guess poor Sena's life is over... Kuroki should also watch his back...

This episode was indeed a great finale, although the set-up probably went on a bit too long and so the ending was a bit abrupt, they could have really added some extra scenes to show during the ED song. But still, it was mostly awesome. Let me count the ways:
-where is our world's version of a mech engineering association full of hot people? WHERE? we should really get to work on that.
-lol Kyoukai-sama's Liko, it never gets old.
-Best. Launch. Ever. Basically, just kick/shoot at the guy until he's far enough.

-the PM not being able to make a clear decision, haha
-"oh the info was late..."
-"can't you do something?" aka when even Rin blows her fuse
-Sena. Just... Sena.

Awww, he really does care, a lot.
-Also the director. "You've also become a great piece of shit!" "No."
-Nobunaga Shimazaki doing a hot-blooded character. This is pretty much what I had been waiting for this entire show, and yep, he delivered.
-Bird getting punched in the face with a Willwear fist.
-and generally just the whole thing.

Active Raid was such a fun little show, I'm honestly sad it's over. Especially since in the end the new members didn't really do much and were mostly there to keep the member count after Sena, Asami and Madoka left... although on the other hand, leaving the unit worked out awesomely for Sena, Asami and Madoka. Aw, I could watch another season of these guys.

Come on, season 3!
