Personally speaking, if their artist does a good job with her (and if her stats are not too bad), I won't begrudge her that blueprint =3.

... Though she'll have to wait until the Tone sisters get theirs first =3

I've been putting Fusou on hold due to how quickly the blueprint ships are coming out lately but thankfully the event gave us 4 medals. Now I have 4 blueprints sitting around so I guess I can spare some for the dex.

Pretty much like Fusou, she is just a free 41cm prototype and a Zuiun 12. Beside that, benching her.

Well... not exactly free since medals are limited resources. I say unless you like her or going for completion, those stock gears aren't worth the blueprints/medals.

Yamashiro's art is acceptable for me so I gave her the blueprints. Still debating whether I want to remodel Fusou or not though... Never thought I'd run into another art issue (bad enough for me to think twice) since after the Sphinx Kongou K2.

Figure of speech. Anyone should give priority to Tone and Chikuma anyway.
At least, it is "somewhat" useful for people who don't have Nagato/Yamato class for a slow BB with a high FP. it "has" a purpose with the gear, unlike a certain Ryuuhou

... I might just give Fusou that blueprint... Cuz unlike Kongou, I can't just raise another to remodel for completion and then eat her as mod fodder when it costs blueprints...

In my case, the blueprints/medals isn't the issue, it's the level as both are under LV70. Getting them to LV80 wouldn't much hard but others ship harder to level-up in my fleets (mostly Ushio and Akizuki) might be more useful, I am even wondering if Prinz Eugen is worth leveling up past 45, given than I already have 7 high-level CA(V)s.

And this event is officially over for me. E2 farming was a glut of rare DD drops(lots of Yuugumo classes and Utsuki/Yayoi) but I finally collected Nagami, Hatsukaze and Asagumo.

Is this even worth it? I was under the impression that the XP gain was relatively minimal. May be remembering it wrong though, haven't touched event maps since Sunday.

Her radar (and gun) alone is worth every resource for mere 45 levels, even if you don't want yourself another good CA. You never know when you'll need more than 7 CA(V)s like the DDs during this event.

For DD/CL, I personally think it is worth it. Flagship gets 600+(S rank) exp which is more than what 3-2 gives to DD/CL(never had a MVP DD/CL flagship at 3-2 so far). I don't burn ammo at that node, only fuel since it is a event submarine node. Plus I get to level several ships in one go with the combined fleet.

There's no question than her equipment is worth the leveling got good armor, Hp, torpedo and luck stats but her firepower, AA and evasion is clower of those light heavy cruiser.
Still, she's still better I almost every point that a Mogami-class cruiser and there is the possibility of a second remodel so it would be crazy not to keep her.

Is there a composition that guarantees a trip to the sub node? During my clearing of E4 I got shifted to the sub node and the node above randomnly.

I don't think it is a double line problem. I used it all the time save for the boss node and needed about 6 or 7 trips for the five victories.

You shouldn't be using double line if you're bringing CLTs...

Is there a penalty or what? I have to admit, I used Ooi for E3 and as I said double line all the time save for the boss node. And the same for E4 when I added in Kitakami.
