Ya i've been wondering why Stain might have targeted Ingenium. My guess would be merchandising. With his multiple sidekicks and large support team, Ingenium's operation would probably cost a lot more than other heros. The best way he could pay for this would be through merchandising. Turn himself and his sidekicks into toys, endorsing products, etc. That kind of blatant merchandising could easily lead to Stain believing he was an impure hero. Basically, Stain mistook him for a hero who desired fame and fortune. Now granted, All Might did the same thing, but that could lead us into the nit picks. I mean All Might is so popular that it seems like he could live like a rock star, but he seems to have a more humble life style. If i had to guess his heroic nature would lead to him donating the lion's share of what he might make through merchandising...

IIRC, he used to have several offices. Big modern buildings, too. That'd cost a lot, though I don't know what he'd use them for.

How old is she supposed to be? She doesn't look all that young in costume (high school age or so), but black sailor fuku is generally a junior high uniform, isn't it?

The protagonist is at least 19, so he probably rescued her when she was in elementary school and he was in middle school, heading for high school like Izuku. From that, we can assume that she's probably in her last year of Junior High.

Of course, this is all speculation considering one file had a guy who looked like a 10 year old being 19 too, so what do I know?

IIRC she is a middle school student, so probably 14/15...

That Stendhal is a bloody fanatic... All the guys in the photos were from the gang of bullies from before, right ? Targeting the gang especially seems a little odd to me.

Slayerx Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005	New chapter's out and its time for a little backstory Spoiler: Welp turns out PopStep and Koichi go back father than he realizes. 5 years ago Koichi missed his chance for a hero exam to save some kid from drowning; and it turns out that kid was actually Pop. And its not just a coincidence as she knows it was him; its actually the reason she keeps hanging around; she could never think of how to thank him. Its all a sweet bit of character development. And ya, i would say that the shipping levels basically skyrocketed with this chapter. Anything you thought might have been implied before when it comes to how Pop feels about Koichi is pretty damn obvious now. __________________ My Deviantart

Granted not the huge fallout i thought it would but atleast they are addressing it. Endeveor even ends up being a bit pragmatic by saying how the individual hero offices would offer up compensation... though he shares knuckleduster's attitude of punch first ask questions later. This chapter also gives us a bit more idea on the timeline of these events as this is before Both Midnight and Easaerhead joined UA as teachers. And midnight, ends up looking totally hot in civilian clothes and lives up to her 18+ only title. She's got some... "interesting" ideas about teaching. __________________ My Deviantart
