Hi there just wanted to ask in which volume of the light novel do the anime season 2 finish at? Was planing to continue by reading but can't find which volume does it end with.

Volume 8 roughly marks the end of World Purge but even B-T only has the first chapter of 9

either 1 of these 3 things happen: chifuyu finally gotten jealous of the girls & make sure they don't take her brother away from her, starting by taking care of houki & rin, squall was right & chifuyu just gone traitor, or houki & rin found out something bad about ichika or chifuyu & chifuyu make sure they don't tell ichika? but that's just a guest, either way there's a chance that it may have something to do with the young orimura boy

In the LN, the scene at the end of 2nd season's Ep 10 takes place after World Purge. Ep 11 and 12 were anime original. Quite a lot of contents from Vol 4-8 were skipped and some were modified in the anime. When second season aired, the LN was only up to Vol 8 which was why they had to end the season with anime original content.

So far there are only 3 volumes after the last one covered by the anime. Vol 11 is selling so bad compared to the previous volumes, so they need to make another anime season to boost the sales. Hopefully the LN is back on regular schedule so that there's enough material for another anime season.

(Inner Moka kicks Houki, who falls back to Rin, then falls back to Cecilia, then falls back to Charlotte, then falls back to Kanzashi, then falls back to Laura, and then Tatenashi into the distance)

Then Ichika's harem made into their crash landing on the ground. When the smoke clears, they all looked knocked out with their swirly eyes on their faces.

Houki: "Damn, is she this strong?"

Cecilia: "How could this have happened?"

Rin: "Oww... that kick really hurts."

Charlotte: "We've officially lost."

Laura: "I didn't see that coming."

Kanzashi: "What did we do to deserve this..."

Tatenashi: "Well, this is unexpected..."

Kou the bat: "This episode fight last in a whopping 49 seconds. Whee!"

I'm aware of that. But you see, I can't wait anymore. Can you please reply the message to the image thread of this forum? No one else seems to reply it. And I can't post it again until someone did. Speaking of actual plots, a new Infinite Stratos manga chapter has emerge as Chapter 23 has unveiled. Technically it was based on the second half of the 9th episode of the first season anime.

A brief, nonsensical mission to a US submarine that is basically just Ichika/Tatenashi fluff. It was an extremely plot-lite volume.
