Sadly no, trying to the explain the situation has nanaka fumbling with her thoughts and kotori sweatdropping and saying it's better that they don't touch the issue.(Lest poor nanaka overloads her mind trying to sort the family tree out)

REALLY confused about the ending. Then again, I haven't played the first one, but:
Spoiler for DC route:
Also yay for Koko ^^ And there's going to be a Da Capo III, right, right? Last edited by Khu; 2011-02-18 at 08:09. |

This is precisely a "save that for the sequel!" issue. And yes, two new Da Capo sequels have been announced (Zero and III), and Zero in particular is said to focus on Sakura's story. The answer to your questions will be revealed in time (and though some of us have some speculations, nobody knows the answers yet).

Lol after almost half a year I bought the game, I'm only starting it. And yet, I'm already at a dilemma.
No, not the Anzu/Minatsu problem I had before (game explicitly stated that Yoshi has known Anzu since elementary so now it's a no brainer choice here for me), but Koko's route. I was all intent on getting her route first, but then.... it states that Wata-bro has been interested in her all along. That, like, instantly killed all motivation to go down Koko path. I mean, I could care less if it was Suginami (he can diaf for all I care), but Wata-bro is different. I dunno, but Wataru has been the most compelling sidekick I've seen in recent memory (LN or otherwise; he certainly wasn't this likeable in the anime) that I just can't find it in my heart to betray him. XD As they say, "Bros before Hos", even if it's just a fictional bro. I just can't believe that I'm willingly going for the rival of one of the osananajimi when I thought beforehand that there will never be a reason for me to

Have to admit, though, this thought never, ever occurs to me in eroge. And I suppose there is that...

Sometimes a teenage mind is best.
Kidding, yeah he gets friend zoned haaaaaaaaaaaaaaard. At least Yoshiyuki will be happy though, and Wataru takes comfort in that. :3 Oh, and her chest isn't disgustingly huge, but pretty big for her frame. :3 |

Yeah, that's what it's like for my heart when playing Shirakawa's route. Sorry, Wata-bro, I hope you understand, but it's KILLING me. I mean, Shirakawa might be the most visually pleasing heroine in DC2 (her anime version do her absolutely NO justice), but Koko's mannerisms and especially her cute sfxs sends 10,000 daggers through my heart everytime she gets sad/mad b/c of Shirakawa. (On the otherhand, I do NOT mind Shirakawa getting sad. Might be because I always thought Shirakawas should play the tragic heroine part and it's odd for me to have them happy. I mean, DC IF felt wrong on so many levels for me lol.) Plus, I hate Suginami with a passion (dunno why really he just gets on my nerves), and him having more of a presence in haunted house routes really irks me. Sorry Wata-bro, it's either I betray and you get more screentime, or me just dropping the game altogether. And I'm not doing the latter; at least not until I finish Otome's part.
