Could there be a funnier more bad ass team in anme right now? Im not sure but damn that flute got his ass kicked. assuming demon flutes actually have an ass but if he did he got it handed to him with interest. Once again they manage to cause untold destruction during a fight lol god i love this anime. I wonder who pays for the collateral damage. I mean Natsu destroyed an entire dock at one point lol. Nothing like telling your friend that his arch rival could do a better job to get him fired up lol.

Grays attacks are pretty intersting

Episode 8 was awesome.

One of the few animes this season I can't wait to watch, lol.

While waiting for new Fairy Tail episodes to come out I think I'll start watching Rave Master. I only saw a few episodes on TV a while ago that were in english, so I think I'll enjoy the japanese ones.

Ah, Happy's THE main character of Fairy Tail. XD He's such a helpful yet smartass fuzzball - it's hilarious to see him interacting with everyone.

And Ezra's so much love...can't wait to see how they handle other requests and such.

I loved this series from episode 1. I haven't been able to get enough of it so I went and started reading the manga. I love all the characters and each arch in the main story is interesting and fun. My only two complaints so far are:

1) There doesn't seem to be any primary plot or purpose driving the story. An event will pop up and a plot will develop from that, but it concludes after a few chapters and a new event will trigger another plot soon after. I wish there was some main goal for the characters/guild.

2) There's really not a single intimate relationship. Just a lot of one-sided crushes and jokes about who is now a "couple". I wish something serious would develop...I'm rooting for Lucy x Natsu personally. I'd like to see Erza find a nice guy too.

Oh come on now this is a typical shounen action adventure manga, romance hardly dominates in these things and pairings take ages to actually develop. If it does happen it certainly won't in the first few episodes.

Did the opening just changed to the one before episode 6 ? I had just watched this recently because I'm too busy with RL, but.. o.o; maybe I downloaded the wrong sub or something ? o.o

Episode 8 is awesome, Grey has bumped up to the status of a favorite character of this series right besige Erza, liked her black armor too, and the must that played while she was fighting in it. Is it me or did i hear the Graduation march in this episode?

What about Natsu? Is there something against him? Nobody really seems to like him though.... I like Natsu's cocky grin and his straightforwardness. But then Grey might be the same if he's younger.

If they stick with the same cutscenes, then it's really going to lower the enjoyment of future arcs, and all because of the same damn background.

Shiroth Beautiful fighter. Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: England, UK Age: 37	Aye! Spoiler for Episode 09: It was an anime original episode, though it was a good laugh. Kinda silly that they just had the gang lost, because that's never happened in the manga, though it doesn't bother me much. Happy made me laugh so much in this episode, especially his reaction to Lucy encouraging him about the fishing. Plus wanted a good joke for the mushrooms was brilliant. Erza's cooking costume was also a good laugh. Going by the preview, it looks like they plan to make an episode out of the Natsu and Erza fight.
