Except, how, when the Eins is molten metal and vapor? In the space of five years, they could have given Drei a massive overhaul. Seeing as it never really did anything worthwhile after its first appearance, I'd be in support of a do-over.

Given the fact that Drei is completely useless in combat (it is a support unit), and Nena as the last of the Trinity siblings, I wouldn't be surprised if Liumei tries to get her a Gundam.

The Turbulenz is actually a multi-mission pack - it can be mounted on all three Throne units, hence you can have a Turbulenz Zwei or Turbulenze Drei.

Sad that the Turbulenz supposedly never saw action ever, not even offscreen interventions...

Oh, it's a pack? From the single image I saw of it, I thought it was a customized Eins. My bad.

Still, it only appeared in one of the manga sidestories, even then.

What Drei really needs is some improvement to its firepower, and that is it.

Yup, it's a pack designed to accomodate all three Thrones that gave them enhanced range and endurance courtesy of the 2nd GN Drive [T] on its back, and also enhanced firepower.

According to 00V though, the Turbulenz never ever saw combat, having been withheld from the Throne pilots.

Withheld, huh...so either the higher-ups were stingy, or Turbulenz really packed some heat.

Still, seeing as nothing from any manga has been incorporated or mentioned in the anime, chances for a Drei Turbulenz are slim to none.

Well, there is the confirmed cameo appearance of the Shell Flag in episode 15, though that's about the extent of 00V's acknowledgement in the anime.

I'm not going to lie...

The 00 looks like crap. It really does. There's just something about its design that isn't appealing to me this time around. It's not epic enough in appearance!

Tieria has this enormous super-GN-Particle-Firin'MaLazor setup on his...

The 00 has... Exia + Body Mass + Uglification + Twin Drives. Don't get me wrong though, I expect the 00 to have some awesome things going on there. Hopefully they take full advantage of that second power they've been rambling on about (drool included)

... So how 'bout that Lockon Stratos aye? He's back for more loving from pinky over there. Oh wait... <_< Lockon is dead that's his little brother. Somehow I don't think that Lockon's ex-love interest is going on vacation just yet.

You want Gundams that are 'epic' in appearance, go watch G Gundam.

The problem with 00 is that it's still to reveal it's true potential / equipment. It's a developing unit, unlike in other series. I'm sure 00 Gundam will outshine most if not all known suits.

Mr.Urei is right. Someone has said 00 Gundam performance will break all common sense.NOt sure what it is,but it still early to comment 00 gundam though.

Want an epic gundam design, why don't try gigantic gundam instead the "Destroy gundam" from GSD.

G Gundam has the most "epic" gundam design ever.Rejoice!!!!!

It seems like a lot of people hate the new Gundam. I think it looks alright, the light show was a little too much though.

I'm not sure what to think of Lockon's little brother. He looks exactly like him, has the same expressions, and similar personality. I hope to see a differing perspective from him or something; anything that sets him apart. The writers are doing a good job so far though.

8/10

We all know that the most "epic" gundam design ever is the windmill gundams. There is nothing more epic then seeing two dozen windmills turn into robots and take off to fight a giant planet devouring enemy.

Well, they did say that his survival was miraculous in itself. He probably was just knocked unconscious from the explosion instead of getting killed outright, most likely barely alive.

Patrick was never in any danger at anytime actually... his GN-X may have lost everything from the torso up, but then again the cockpit is on the crotch...

All we saw was an explosion in the cockpit. There was no indication that Lasse died. While it was reasonable to assume that he did (hell they even lampshaded it in episode 1), such assumptions, which I also made, where wrong.

EDIT: damn ninjas
