Kagami vs Haruhi would be difficult if Season 2 of Haruhi was out. But Kagami right now has more moe moments.

What I think might help Haruhi (Aside from her short period with long hair) will be just what they decide to do and how it looks. There is only so much you can get from a novel. And yes Yuki will own all souls once it is over, even those that don't find her moe right now. Just a audio/visual boost to Haruhi might top Kagamin. But not just yet.
