I bawed but then i am a crybaby. XD
But yeah, that was probably one of the most touching moments evah in CG.

Either its a very good shop or it really is genuine, because the shading etc. is perfect.

Here's a screenie from the original TBS stream

HOLY S***! But it does make sense that he would live. He did promise CC that he would fulfill their contract and let her die smiling. And the only way for her to die is to transfer her code to him. There was a 2 month time gap, alot could have happened. I wouldn't even put it past them that the conversation between Suzaku and Lelouch was during the 2 month gap and not the 1 month one and the throne room could have been a rebuilt temp place. Living forever to Lelouch is more of a punishment then just dying. Also I bet only C.C. an Lelouch were the only ones that knew of that part of the plan. Out of everyone only CC is the only person to always be in the know about everything.

Perhaps once you reach a certain point geass evolves into immortality by itself w/o having to take a code from an immortal. That would explain why he survived, if he did indeed survive.

There is one convincing argument for Lelouch surviving:

http://animeotaku.animeblogger.net/2...h-dead-or-not/

Also, you have to feel sorry for Suzaku too, he truly is dead. No one knows he is alive and no one can know that he is alive. Unlike Lelouch, he doesn't even have someone like CC to confide in/rely upon. He will live out his remaining days as Zero, completely alone.

The very fact that you got it from a *ch site is why I know.

If it were real, there'd be MUCH more outcry about Lelouch being alive. And hell, that gif would have produced screencaps of the 1080 quality, and not a tiny gif.

Thats why this will not be the last we see of geass. They have to explain it somehow, whether by picture dramas, or and OAV. All the fans want is some explanation of somethings that weren't explained properly

Even if it's true they'll propably just deny and remove it from the DVD/Blue ray -releases....

Looking at the poll so far, it amuses me that most people either think this episode is extremely great or extremely bad....

If this episode warrants a 1, some of the truly painful episodes I have seen in other series would be in negative territory

Anyway, hate is sometimes another form of love

Nunnaly knows that he's Zero, she saw everything when she touched Lelouch. The theory that Lelouch somehow obtained a code seems to be supported by this fact too...

It's very odd how sympathetic a character lelouch had been developed into for his death to earn a clannad AS True End reaction from me. No tears for me but the feeling was there though. How many of you went for the bottom right corner reaction like i did?

I think so. What is fabulous is that someone posted it on my profile not so long after the end of the episode

The fan makers are really rapid and fabulous

Seriously... I'm starting to doubt some people's sanity here... the show DOES NOT REVOLVE SOLELY AROUND LELOUCH AND C.C. . Neither it does around Lelouch x <insert person>, but it's about more than just lelouch + one person. Honestly your diehard CluClu posts are getting on the same level as darthfury's posts regarding milly.

His ending was fitting, he died for others. So hey, in the end he fooled everyone but dediced to live happily with C.C. ? Great.
