Not too surprising those two appeared early since the Nightray mansion is their home but the person by the window certainly looks similar to someone else.

The two children that where shown in the Nightray manner when Gil first entered, they appear in the OP when all the site characters are shown at once.

Yeah he cemented the creepy/psycho roll as the Dungbeetle, Though Zur...errr Katsura is my fave roll by him. ;D

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing (assuming that we're thinking of the same "someone else"). But I looked back at the manga and he was there too, as well as other random Nightray family members (or servant or guests or whoever they may be). The manga version of the guy by the window looks nothing like that person, so I guess it's ignorable~ I was afraid that Xebec might do some drastic changing to the plot for a sec.

It was nice to see cameos of the other two children early, though I'm wondering about one of the kid's hair color...

Ah thanks for clearing that up. It was a minor detail but I thought the similarity was uncanny enough to wonder about the meaning of it.

Looks like next episode will be covering 2 chapters next. Lots of Alice and Break goodness coming.

Considering his work as Rokuta (the Twelve Kingdoms), I'm sure it'll be suitably adorable. Hopefully he can pull off the creepy-vibes.

I just hope his voice is awesome, dark, and creepy like the one I heard in my head reading the manga.

I wonder if this series will be dubbed.....and if it is who will do it and who will voice Break.....

Kappei Yamaguchi......that name sounds really familiar....I'm almost sure he's voiced someone I know.......can you tell me a few of his roles?

@Fire: Well, that's your imagination. I'm talking about if it was actually picked up. Personally, I'd like Funimation to do it, and maybe Vic could voice Break? I know someone's going to stab me from behind for saying that.....

I'm expecting quite a few character comparison jokes, for a variety of reasons... But yes, Yamaguchi should be a very fitting role.

Break was always creepy, but that predatory scene with young Gil - ack. No other show this season does creepy like this one.

I always wondered what he looked like, I could never see him very well in the manga. - OMG CHESHIRE APPEARS NEXT EPISODE!!!!!!! - Wow, on that note, we're moving pretty fast aren't we? I mean, in the scanlations, they just escaped Cheshire's dimension.
