Crimen Scythe: Now watch my sign. Tsk tsk tsk. No, it's still out of the rules.
Rules for the signatures require a size smaller than 50,000 bytes (which are more or less 48,7 Kb). It is different from the 50 Kb limit of the avatars. Keep it in mind. ^^
As for the sign, it got better. I'd set a stop before every loop though. Example, static Rena with axe: set an amount of second (2 or 3, not more), then the axe shines, and then the animation returns at the first frame, stands still and begins again.
Have a quick look at KiNa's avatar, that's basically the same motion concept. It would be boring if Rider's shirt were continuingly coming and going, desu ? Last suggestion for the border, I'd apply a 4 px white first, and then a 2 px red (or the colour you're currently using). That's just a personal opinion since I don't see that colour marrying very well with the sunset scenario, hence I'd be for separating them (that would also consequently reduce the size a bit).
Anyway, the sign got better so far , so 7/10

KiNa: You're lucky that I didn't have a chance to rate your previous sign, so blurry, nearly unwatchable. It would have been a low rate. (5 or less - nonetheless -)
This instead, it's better. Still a bit blurry on the main subjects, I guess it's due to a poorness of sources, at this rate. But the elaboration is nicely done and the animation good. (though it seems one from that cheap motels from B-movies , or either way from Las Vegas, you choose ) Joking. 8/10

Marvel: I like the background. Reminds me a lot of ForeverGone's amazing works. Nice job also on the corners, for the borders, and applied to your name. The only remark I may do is about the two subjects, which seem to be.. a tad too much attached beetween them.. basically it looks like that when Haruhi's arm ends, Mikuru's arm begins ... or is that arm just one, all included?
Joking, aside that, it's a wonderful work, and the characters are 2 winners 9,25/10

marvel: ah! the abuser and the abused nicely made. the color seems a little off from the main theme but it still works out pretty well. nice pics of haruhi and mikuru btw. 9/10

Marvel. I skipped rating your sig last week coz I was run out of points =P. take 9.5/10 from me,that's a creative work.

Cyz Except the fonts, all the girls are so so kawaii 8.9/10 because the text placement is aliitle bit out of place and so many types of fonts are being used.But 8.9 is a high mark still =D utawarerumono wins!

It seems as if the other wing never grew or something + It is a female version of Cloud.
Oh yeah and my name is CXC not CIC even though it's hard to see the X but it's there. O well it doesn't mater
