I at first thought that she was hiding there with illusion ready to scold him but rereading from the start it seems like Atlas was suspicious of the raph so I came to the conclusion that she was the raph.

Naofumi is starting remind of this character from a doujinshi by Dr.P called Momoiro Daydream - Soothing Black Rabbit, just what is it about petting fluffy things that makes them feel better.

People call him MOMfumi for a reason xP. Well "slave" is on name only you should not dwell on it...He raised them as parent so getting annoying by them is a given.

Spoiler for My question: Now, Nao didn't have his own upgrade system and had to rely on the shared system, right? However, I recall someone saying that he did have one, he just doesn't realize what it is until near the end. So what is this upgrade system?
