max setting no, but it can be played.
I was running Starcraft II with an AGP 7800gs and an old motherboard setup. IT would slow down every once in a while, but I could play fine. Even that nuts last stand fight by the Protass against the Zerg and Old Ones.

If you pre-order the game, they let you download it now, but you can't install it until the released date, when they release a patch or something.
Something occurs me, though. I heard about the "cracked beta" floating around the internet with 7.6 GB size.

At my area, about 90 SGD.
You can visit the official site to pre-order. Amazon let me preorder with $60, which is a little bit cheaper when converted.

Well, as they said, your client version doesn't affect which realm you will be playing on, only the RMAH you will be using, and I don't plan to use it anyway.
Beside, Southeast Asia players are going to play on the US server too, so it doesn't matter much.

Yeah the free-roaming server is great. SEA in SC2 or non-shared servers in general was indeed a stupid idea. And they still don't plan on merging. (They should put them with the koreans kekeke)
Diablo III is nowhere near as taxing on hardware as SCII. It's an rpg. RTS games has too much complicated active scripts. |

SC1 battle.net Japanese channels were constantly bombarded 24/7 by Korean players spamming, it was impossible to use it. But that was like ten years ago, maybe they eventually bored themselves out...

Finally it's time to actually get excited about the game (i'm sorry Blizz, i can longer hold hypes for your game that doesnt have an actual release date)
Glad they allow predownload early to prevent the massive rush on launch date eventhough it's distributed via torrent. Looking at the recent youtube clips of the current build, looks like they had a massive overhaul of the gameplay mechanic ( from Yogscast if anyone is curious) Nothing too concerning for me, especially without the PvP on launch. Never been a fan of diablo pvp but it must be a big letdown for the pvp folks that is looking forward to it. As for physical copies, it's usually out simultaneously or earlier than digital copies. Otherwise a lot of retailers are going to be majorly shafted unless you lived in crappy places like i had.
