The next chapter isn't out because 419 is this week's chapter. Wednesday is a holiday in Japan, which pushed the issue that 419 was in to Tuesday. That required them to distribute the issue earlier, which in turn allowed scanlators to get ahold of it by Saturday.

I figured as much. If you think about it, you can't really expect a new chapter to come out two days after another. So I take it this upcoming Monday will see next chapter?

It should be. Next issue is due out next wednesday as normal.

It's unconfirmed. The source is text only spoilers from 2ch. They're plausible enough, but some elements of them make me skeptical, and it's not like we haven't gotten fake spoilers recently.

I read a Tumblr saying that if these spoilers come from a Japanese site, they're probably legit. And there've been pretty legit spoilers of this variety before. Seeing how popular Wendy is in Japan, it makes sense that she'd be the first to come back. And from what I could make out from the text...

Actually, I think I read in the spoiler that Natsu and Lucy arrive in a festival where Lamia Scale is and that her team with Sheria is more of an idol group than a separate team, and, Carla's in a human form?

Like I said, they're from 2ch. While that improves their chances of being accurate, 2ch does still get the occasional fake spoiler. Which would be easier to make up something plausible for Fairy Tail as someone would have the next chapter title, and whatever Mashima says on twitter to work with. Anyways, as no pictures were posted with the spoiler to serve as proof, they remain unconfirmed.

I'm pretty sure I read the kanji for "member" when describing Wendy. And according to one of the forum's translations, they've remained "idle" for a year. As for Carla, if that's the case, maybe she learned the same trick as Lily.
