Nunnally, Kallen, and Toudou know. The Black Knights who knew who zero was, most likely know, with Kaguya leading the pact. Other than that, everyone else who is alive doesn't know. Though I hope Nunnally slaps Ougi for being such a dipshit. Ougi is now, my number 1 least liked character.

Charles and Marianna said that they use Lelouch because of CC. What I don't get is y Lelouch? what so special about him? couldn't she use other people for her death wish. She protected him in stage 1 also in a serious way "don't kill him"

They put Lelouch back at Ashford and under watch in an attempt to grab C.C., because their plan couldn't happen without both Codes. He was basically their only connection to C.C. at the time.

I know that this question is some pointless, but, after a week and after of see two times the last episode...why the mask that used Suzaku as Zero is the old version of the first season?
i dont know but that mask comparate with the R2 version is some crap. even more, that old mask was destruyed, and Lelouch still conservate the other mask after of scape in the episode 19. the last time that he use it was in the episode 20, why this never back? |

We'd need to check with a lawyer.
But Taniguchi and Okouchi appear in the credits for both seasons as the "Original Creators", in addition to their other staff positions as director and writer, so at the very least that seems to indicate they possess some of the rights. Anything more specific than that...I don't know. |

If we want to blindly speculate (or extrapolate, really), until a more specific answer comes along...perhaps Sunrise owns the "Code Geass" brand name, but maybe the two "original creators" own the rights to the story and the related characters they came up with. Again, this is probably a hard thing to find out, unless it's been stated in an interview, without looking at the legal paperwork involved.

Miyamoto created zelda but nintendo owns all the rights on it Kojima created MGS, but konami owns all the rights on it (apparently) at least till the creation of kojima's company (but even so, Konami owns a part of his company), so before MGS3 |

Some creators do retain enough rights to get royalty payments and/or exercise certain creative control over their creations, it's all up to the kind of contract that exists between the parties. Not all contracts are identical, even in the same industry, let alone when comparing anime and videogames. In the cases of Kojima and Miyamoto, their contracts with their respective companies are probably much older than the ones in question here, all the way back to the original Metal Gear, Super Mario Bros. or Zelda games. Same goes for Tomino and the original Gundam, for instance. Still, we are all just providing opinions. |
