The relationship of End and Natsu is still not understood I mean Zeref wants to die. WHy has't Zeref opened the book of ENd.

THe answer lies I think in the battle between END and Ignel, the moment of choice between life and death. Besides Natsu's the main character, and that Zeref is waiting for Natsu to get stronger without releasing whatever is in the book of END.


Agian I shall state that it won't be power alone that defeats Zeref, Nasu is going to teach Zeref about living life not just about birth and death, and he is going to do it Dragon slayer style.


THen again perhaps some honest time at fairy tail and the crazyness will break the curse on Zeref. Fairy tails newest member Zeref.

Maybe the book is just something normal like some family photos.

Maybe the book itself its just magic, but its so strong that the current Natsu wont be able to use it without suffering some great damage, thats why he is juts waiting that he gets stronger to finally be able to use the book. He may want Natsu to be able to use it properly to fight against Acnologia too.

I am more interested in the conclusion of Igneels battle against END. Besides if you'd ask Natsu from the manga he tell you that they make their own future.

Happy on the other hand as other problems such as how is he going to win Carla over now that she has become more of a mele fighter.

I noticed Rogue's shadow becoming lighter after Gray started cuddling with Frosch. So I think we can cross this "Future Rogue's warning" subplot off the list of unresolved plot points.

The darker timeline of F.Rogue continue to exist.
I suppose in future chapters (probably the chapter 500) Fairy Tail's main group will be summoned in the other dimension to beat the darker Acnologia...

Agreed. I know it gets people wondering about what it all means. Still achnalogia in human form. If Acnologia is as terrifying in dragon form how are his skills in human form.


Also an earlier comment made me think, why has Zeref the black wizard, never challenged chaslogia the black dragon of the apocalypse. I mean he wants to die and acnologia apparently has soul stealing powers and so on.


Unfortunatly for Natsu they are more likely to see zeref Riding on Acnologia's back.

Mashima is working on Natsu's effect. Natsu is travelling changing the destiny of others. Probably the author will add an alternate reality without Natsu:
- Lucy remained a reporter
- Wendy remained in Lamia Scale as Sky sister
- Juvia remained in the rain village waiting for Gray
- Avatar's members died as god sacrifice
- Rogue awakened his shadow side changing Sabertooth
- Erza joined another group.

A bit sad to be honest. Two chapters a week was kinda nice after all.

It's enough, can't have people dishing out 2 chapters a week and remaining healthy for too long. At least with this, the Tartarus arc has a bit of breathing room and hopefully won't be snailed out...yes, it's the last arc in the manga but it spanned 60 chapters (plus the ones before the prologue), that's 30 episodes with a 2:1 ratio, meaning it would end...around the end of the year, so there won't be a need to thin it as much as, say, the beginning of shippuuden o_o
