I don't really fuss much about the animation quality of TV episodes, since in the long run we know they'll fix it for the BD/DVD releases. Would've been nice for the episode to look great right off the bat, but knowing it'll be fixed is still better than not.

Episode 12 has been rebroadcasted, and the changes are quite obvious and numerous.
It was quite obvious ep12 wasn't exactly finished considering how awkward some scenes were (notably Wo kai's sinking, and Ikazuchi stock shot from ep6), but now, this leaves no doubt at all regarding that matter. It is quite unusual for re-broadcast to feature ammendments, so it is very likely the flak they got upon the first broadcast made them work again this episode. No guarantee the BD will feature more of them, although they still kept some bloopers like Souryuu's sixth finger. Meanwhile, Yamato's expression is still a mystery, although her more worried expression makes way more sense than her displeased glare upon Nagato's arrival.
