Have you ever realized during the course of an animated gif project that what you had orginally planned as a fun little clip for an avatar had unexpectly morphed into something entirely different once the frames were looped? Now imagine your spouse, parent, or significant other has just walked into the room, leaned over your shoulder, and said "Oooh! What is that one going to do?" right about the time you click the "animate frames" command...

Yes, quite a few time, but no one has ever walked in on me at the wrong time and see my monitor though because I face my desk toward the door and I often do those stuff on my laptop where I can relax on my bed...

Now I'm not going to post any of those spoof, but if you want to see some there is two by Pellisier, I can see what he wanted to envision it now, but boy at first glance it gave me a much different vision. Search my post in his fan art thread, and sorry for being off topic.
