I mean the "plot" of the past chapters could have been done in half the pages

I seriously doubt that. Although Kubo loves dragging his chapters, going from immortal Aizen to school life Ichigo needs at least five chapters to establish the change of style. Add 2-3 chapters for Ginjou&co, that's 8 chapters, compared to the ten we actually have.

Why would they want to give up their powers? 0_o
Do they also have hollow inside them who steals their body? Chad never had those problems... so why give up such cool powers?

Also the guy who attacked Ishida is not among them... could he be the one who thinks same as me and be the enemy?

In particular, I'm really unclear on what exactly Aizen did versus what he claimed he did, especially with regard to his manipulation of Ichigo. Does Ichigo like to fight? I just watched the dubbed ep on Cartoon Network where Ichigo got pretty much shredded by Nnoitora and his buddy. That is, the ep where Nnoitora wanted Ichigo to be turned into a piece of bloody meat and came pretty close. IIRC, some of the other fights are even more violent with regard to torture. Personally, I don't mind the violence but it did surprise me a bit. Sometimes, yeah, Ichigo "enjoys" the fighting, but definitely not all the time.

Well we our learning now that the Arrnacar arc was originally meant to be a foreshadowing. All we needed to get from it was Ichigo learned to be strong in his life. Although against Nnoritra he got kicked around a lot he never fell to the rate were he stopped fighting like in Deicide. That is why Hollow Zanegtsui canme into play
