For those wondering about what "sh*tty game" was in relation to the episode:
Hardcore Gaming 101: Kusoge Does that mean that in due time, the club's game might become a cult legend?

Yeah, I have long believed this series is direct at the audience that have access to the original novel, ie, Japan, China, Korea, etc. As I've mentioned before, Kirino really got the short end of the stick in the adaption. The anime pretty much took away all her likable traits. With that being said, this series is still a pretty good/faithful adaption, with high quality production and design. Besides, just seeing moving character is worth the admission. Although I do wish they'll show Kuroneko and Sena's reaction (maybe at beginning of next episode.)

I'm not sure how many episodes are left but I'm hoping we get to see a good resolution for this anime. Nevertheless, I gave this episode an 8, just for the sole exception of Kirino.
Then again, Kuroneko is good enough and I love the fact that she's coming out of her shell and being more honest with herself. Last edited by Daniel E.; 2011-05-05 at 11:13. Reason: No blatant blog advertising here! |

Hmm you think they'll finally show Ms. Princess Otaku's real face/look and have them all witness it? I still can't wait for their reactions >.>, as well as my own when I finally see what she looks like.
(I would lawl so hard if it slowly panned up, and she still had her swirly glasses on, hahahah"

I totally agree. No Kirino + FULL POWAA KURONEKO = so much awesome that I melted and had to regenerate every minute. Even the lines in this episode were BOOM-worthy.
My hopes for a Manami End are fading ever so quickly though...

*hypnotized by Heineko's sig pic* dunno what I was expecting to happen D;
I loved how this ending was such an opposite to the first ending. If Kirino left in the first ending, it would have been devastating, but in this ending, it was a good thing ^^ It just wasn't AS emotional, so not everyone is giving it a 10, but it does sort of promise that new fun adventures are soon to come with Kuroneko XD |

True - but given that Kyousuke is the main character, it can certainly exist without her for a few episodes. The series is really about everyone reacting to Kirino - so how they react to her absence is a natural evolution. For the finale, we need to see how they react when she returns.
