But who else? According to PV this novel takes place after Koyomi Dead. So that's probably not Hanekawa or Hitagi (they have to grow their hair too fast to be like that).
And her clothes reminds of Sodachi's outfit.

After comparing VOFAN's art from Koi anime to book's cover, I guess this is Hitagi after all. There is only one pigtail, I believe it's from the back of her head and this leads me to some analogy.

I say it's the Gaen family's importance that is seemingly important, rather than just her.
