Lunar 2: Eternal Blue

I never got to finish this game and have been looking for it. I always check places like Ebay and such..but it always runs in the hundreds! I mean eventually I may break down and just pay the money because it really ways a fun play and the cut scenes were absolutley phenomenal but I really don't want to. When I originally bought it from EB Games it was 25 dollars.

Anyone played it recently?

Have you played the first one, Silver Star Story? I didn't like it as much for some reason, not that it was a bad game or anything.

I haven't played it recently, but it's one of my favorite games. Fortunately I still have it(with the nifty Lucia pendant still intact), and Lunar:SSS(which I never finished =0( ). Your best bet is to probably use an emulator.

That's because SSS was bland. The characters didn't stand out NEARLY as much as the ones in EB, especially comparing Hiiro to Alex(or whatever the main from the first one is called). Let's not even count the epilogue story, because then EB completely blows SSS out of the water.

Man, that brings back memories...although the first Lunar I placed was Lunar advanced for the GBA, it only added to the impact of SSS and EB. I finished playing EB recently (half a year ago?) but I didn't get to finish the epilogue (my laptop broke down and I lost my save file -was playing on emu-). Definitely one of the best jRPGs of its time, the story was actually moving and they had a voice cast too!

Yup, I most certainly own it and have finished it a couple times. One of the best games I've ever played.

I'm pretty sure not. But if you have a PS3, then you can play PS1 games on it and store the game save data right on the hard drive.

Wow. Hundreds? I wouldn't sell my copy for a thousand. lol

Lunar 2 is my favorite game ever. I paid a pretty penny for my copy of Silver Star Story after it went out of print, but I had Eternal Blue Complete on pre-order for years (literally; anyone remember how Working Designs pushed back the release date something like 5 or 6 times?).

Good luck finding a copy for cheap(er). I think anyone who owns the game is in love with it... and it doesn't help that so few copies (comparatively) exist with which to begin.

A remake of the first Lunar went on PSP. If Lunar 2 goes on PSP, I'll get a PSP for those two games and MGS PW.

She's a minor character from Toaru Majutsu no Index, Maika Tsuchimikado.

I started playing it; heard the characters talking in the opening sequence, and turned it off.

Should have gave it more of a chance. You started the Sega CD one, or the PSOne remake?

MrTerrorist will be deeply missed.

I do have a PS3 though, now all I have to do is get the game again..haha...*cry* I've gone to all kinds of second hand game shops around here and pawn shops and such, but it really does seem like no one wants to part with such a great game

Jagdpanther...it's people like you that are making my search that much harder xD!!
