it may not be manga, but it is very unique (well, at least I haven't seen that style anywhere else) The muscle details are beautiful, along with the proportioning and the "shading" techniques... it's all very clean cut, smooth, etc.
It looks to be a very nice techno-cyborg comic. Unfortunately, I tend to look more to the past than to the future, and am not overly fond of those. ::shrugs:: Ah, well... if I were in the majority, all these mecha animes wouldn't be such a smash hit. Just a quick question... what programs did you use to render the art? Just scanning an inked drawing doesn't tend to give near that quality, even using photoshop's "smooth" filter. Well, at any rate... Good job, good luck, and I hope to see more soon!! |

Hey good call about being something of the future!
i love old style things myself... only that the story line for this can only be done in the future... im impressed theres no machiniery or technolgoy of any sort here and u still noticed cool! yeah i used photoshop to clean it up add borders change the eyes a bit etc. no filters at all just a tablet pen with white on one end and black on the other I didnt draw the original a freind of mine who is co writing the comic with me drew it... I will post the next page of the priview when its ready! i allready drew the story board for it 4 times but my freind is a real bumm about getting things done.. : |
