Or, as corny as it sounds, should he be an extended, he could be the ultimate Extended. Imagine an Extended with no drug addictions, no block words, no need for memory manipulation that is able to perform equal to or better than those of the first series (since they appeared to be more skilled than those in GSD) but still completely loyal to the EA...

It's evident the Stargazer project involves deep space exploration most likely carried out solely by coordinators. Sven a natural hates coordinators so it's possible he has no connection to the the Stargazer project. Also to note there is the Stargazer project and also a MS called Stargazer.
