She did in her first village and by most of her children including Rawls. I think she managed to keep her magic stone mine in secret since nobody exploit her to that degree yet, i mean 10 asuran gold coin per month is alot.

Undead exist though, the chapter where Rudi's waiting plan end up killing some kids that made Ruijerd quite mad. That's why dead body need to be burn. So i believe ghost existance exist as well or just invisible people.

There is none other that would explicitly in love with him, but there there another three girls that interested in him in one or other way.

Aisha - half sister, she grow far from him for long time, her mother told he a lot, but she was rather critical and tested him out when they first meet (he passed). She is intelligent and extremely reliable. While Rudeus is attracted to her a lot (they even bath together despite of her age), he doesn't want put pressure on his already polygamous family by adding another person in. So they settled in pure brother-sister relationship.

That Beast Girl you were talking about is the cat girl Rinia/Linia. She does have some feeling for him(the dog too) as shown during Going to Begarith Continent Chapter when these two were sadden because Rudy told them to be "just" friends.
