Uiharu mostly wears her school uniform, so does Mikoto and Kuroko (but they have it in school regulations)
Saten changes her outfit quite often, it is always something to look for.

Originally in manga you have similar design to Kamijo Touma's room, with differently placed objects of course.
But the living room is much smaller, the bed barely fits in there and there does not even looks like they are some windows.
The kitchen and bathroom should be ordinary. That's how LEVEL 0 rooms should look like.


In season 1 however, they increased the size of her room about two times. (and added large windows)

And added door to the hallway

Note: kitchen should be according to manga on the left, bathroom on the right
Hovewer in anime, they put the kitchen on the right side.

Also they made her bathroom from ordinary one to Tokiwadai-like one.


And in S2 they yet increased the size of her room (note the cabinet on the right)

I wonder what kind of changes are they goind to add next

I thought that too... until I realized that Saten turned in one card to Uiharu. (So that she can claim she kept her word to Misaka to turn it in?) She found at least 8 that we saw.

Some cards can be up to 50000 yens, that means $500, if saten is lucky enough to get 5 of these she got $2500, quite a profit for a middle schoolgirl.

EDIT: Maybe she got something in "urban legend hunting" too.

For one thing, Tokiwadai girls are required to wear their uniforms at all time.

And since Uihara is in Judgement, I'm assuming similar rules apply to her as well as Konori.

So really Saten is the only one they can play dress up with.

I thought it weird too that mikoto suggested to saten to turn it in as 'evidence' or something.

Even if mikoto is a rich-girl and wouldn't care for the money as much as saten.

I think they are held by the police for a set amount of time and if no one comes to claim them then they are given to the finder.
