It has "cho. " in the tab. Is that Japanese for "bend"?

I recommend you watch Episode 04 of K-ON Season 1.
Roughly 19 minutes in.

I wouldn't recommend learning music (or the terms) from K-ON or any anime.

You'll know the terms as you're learning how to play music.

I agree with you there, I just thought it'd be funny cause I was actually watching that episode at the time of the post. ^^

Yeah, it took me a bit to figure that out, too. If shows it over what appears to be a slide, that means a slow bend. If it appears as a grace note, that means a quick one. If there's a U. right after, it means to hold the bend/prebend. Which is weird because I've never heard of this terminology before.

By the way, I updated a Houkago Tea Time (ver 2) in order to correct some typos I found in the score (where the fret number didn't match up with the actual notation).

I have no idea why I thought it meant "choke" other than it's the first three letters. I swear I've heard the term before (I just looked it up, a choke refers to part of the amp). Thanks for the correction! I'll update my file on my site.

EDIT: It's been updated with full bends and such. Sounds a lot better! http://tonightstars.com/Girls%20In%20Wonderland.gpx

great job everyone with the new tabs.

are there any scans available that need to be tabbed, or is everything covered so far?

We still need:

From Band Score 2:
Hell The World
Humming Bird
Oui! Ai Kotoba

Let's Music 3:
Tenshi ni Fureta yo!
Ichigo Parfait ga Tomaranai
Honey sweet tea time
Samidare 20 Love
Tokimeki Sugar
Fuyu no Hi
U&I
Genius...!?
Our MAGIC
Kira Kira Days
Come With Me

I've been providing pics of LM3 to those willing to tab.

I want to finish up BS2. Starting with Hell the World then Ou! Aikotoba and the synth heavy Humming Bird for last.

Sakuragaoka Girls' High School Anthem is complete! Nice straightforward song, easy to tab and fun to play. Enjoy!

The Wikipedia article on modern musical notation is actually pretty accurate and provides a good base point from which to start.

So far that little 'cho.' term is the only one I've found that differs from standard notation.

Oh, good catch. Alright, I've got them now.

By the way, I was wondering what instruments everyone here plays (presumably we're all musicians in this thread)? Not just what kind of instrument, but what particular model you guys use? How long have you been playing? I have one of those Starcaster starter packs that I got a year and a half ago and run it through a Zoom G1XN pedal to a Line 6 15 watt amp. I also have an Alesis DM6 electronic drum kit plugged into my Squier SP-10...I've had it for about a year.

I play:
Eagletone DG1 Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric
Johnson Solara Standard Electric
Srhoenhut 37-Key Melodica
1st Note Soprano Ukulele
Selmer Soloist Alto Saxophone
Yamaha Tenor Saxophone
Fender Frontman 212R 120 Watt Amp

You guys probably don't care about most of these, but thought I should put everything I play.
And if SirSlarty wants to pass out any of the BS2 Music that's left, I'm up for tabbing.

Finally after two (?) whole months it's complete
Lovely Sister LOVE
Sorry it took so long, life can really put a damper on things.

As for missing credits in the master list, both Happy!? Sorry!! and Listen!! were both done by me.

Since book 2 isn't doing so well, I might as well get started on Hell the World. Also, tabbers, make sure we know you're tabbing something so someone doesn't double tab it, makes it a real let down when the second finds out one was already made. And can you put in the vocal tracks too? A lot of them are missing those and I'll fix the ones so far if I have time.

Another thing is that the GP5s in my signature MAY be different for easier use purposes, I just touched a few things on what was made (like adjust volume levels and reordering tracks, hope you guys don't mind).

Well I'm trying to get myself into guitar. I've had a stratocaster starter pack for like half a year and I've only upgraded my amp to a VOX40+ which is not too shabby.

But my main instrument is piano, which I've been playing for 5 years now. I've only sadly got a digital piano (Casio AP80R). Probably when I move out in a few years time after my studies I will probably buy my own grand piano. But right now there's no room.

@aznandy I was actually looking forward to hell the world. I kinda like the style that DEATH DEVIL makes (I think that's Sawako's band name) because it is useful to learn the techniques and how to construct solos in that hardcore guitar style.

Does anyone know much about the tabs of any of the songs of album 'LOVE' (has the songs LOVE and GENOM) by DEATH EVIL? I actually like these songs as well but I don't think keion has produced any official tabs for these yet.
