I don't feel like giving out numbered ratings, but as for what I think of the avatars on this page...

ganbaru: That's quite a heartwrenching signature and avatar there ;_; I hope she's not crying over anything too serious.
Akito: Very cool picture of a seemingly very charismatic girl. Is that Kyouko from Madoka?
Clarami: Love the avatar. Kuroneko's always quite beautiful when she's dressed up in her gothic lolita outfit, and that scene in particular is one of the very best in Ore no Imouto.

Haiprbim: 8.7/10 I like her style (moe in a heavy duty helmet). Also a good background.
Clarami: 8.9/10 Good loop. Kuroneko's gothic style is great. Good border work.
ganbaru: 8.8/10 I love the oval shape, and it has a captivating glow to it. Bit small though.
Akito Kinomoto: 9.0/10 Nice, big avatar. Captivating eyes and expression. Great SHAFT head-tilt. Very nice bright background.
Dr. Casey: 9.0/10 She really captures well your playful personality. She's extremely cute.

Suzuku: 9.0/10 It references an excellent anime, and it is a very fluid loop.
Frailty: 8.5/10 It's a very cute profile shot and a nice border, but I can only be so kind to someone who doesn't recognize the greatness of Sayaka Miki.

And is the animation in the avy still fluid to you guys? I had to get rid of quite a few frames to get it to 125kb at 125x125 and had to work with it.

Suzuku: There is some slight pauses or maybe just a pause, but still looks fluid 8.5/10.
