Is there a mod that allows for followers to travel around the world with you on their own horse?
I would like to travel around on a horse and with a follower on their own horse for my planned warrior character. For this play through, I will have a mod that requires you to eat, sleep, and drink periodically. I will want to put a sleeping bag and a small tent on each horse, for them to carry (as well as bring with me one cooking pot, two tankards, and a couple of wooden bowls and wooden plates).

Ran into my first really annoying glitch (outside of occasional crash-to-desktop from zoning or video driver barfs).
Fighting a major "boss" battle in the Thieves Guild questline - the target was using invisibility spells while he fought. For some reason during the battle, his invisibility would leak onto me and I'd end up perma-invisible by appearance but the NPCs acted like I was normal-visible. Tried a few dozen things to fix it including console commands, redoing from the prior save, fasttravel, toggling clothes, invis potions, blah blah --- but the only thing that worked to make me visible again was to shout using the "Become Ethereal" command, once it wore off I was visible again. So consider it a tip in case it happens. Many googles died to bring us this information.

I'd start the game save visible, walk cockily into the fight with no sneak. About half way into the fight in which Bad Guy stayed invis as much as possible, I'd start invis'ing in and out - by the time he croaked, I was locked in a "fake invis" status. The other NPCs could see me just fine but I could only see a faint outline like a ghostly Marvel X-man. This particular sequence appears to have a half dozen major bugs that people have run into (documented in the wiki) but no one reported this particular bug that I could find. However, someone had commented somewhere unrelated that they had solved a "perma-invis" problem by shouting Ethereal so I tried that and it worked. Its the Blindsighted quest near the end of the Thieves Guild line. Spoiler for Spoiler detailing where, when, what the bug happened for me and a link to the quest wiki:
Whatever, the shout reset whatever was triggering the condition so I'm good for now

If we're speaking glitches, my roommate and I have one each as well.
I've got one where while I'm casting a spell, the hands freeze and I'm stuck mid-animation. It renders casting, punching, blocking, using a weapon, and even shouting completely useless. I can run and save, but loading back up the save starts me frozen. I've had someone hit me with a shield and it stopped it, and jumping in water worked as well. But it does happen often, and it's quite annoying when an enemy is chasing you far into a dungeon. My roommate's got a different glitch where every single one of his followers will CONSTANTLY talk to you if you're anywhere near them. The dialogue box pops up like he chose to talk to them, but it happens without any movement at all. Get Lydia in a cave and she'll endlessly spam him with messages, and sending her home doesn't work either. Apparently the glitch is fixed only by paying off every single bounty you've accumulated up to that point. Don't know why that happens.

I get the stuck animation glitch on the PC version also. It seems to happen most when I use a sword (rather than a dagger for backstab or a bow). This is problematic, because if I'm using a sword it means I'm fighting more than one enemy at once. :/

You know what glitch that REALLY DRIVES ME F-IN NUTS!? Is that when I'm in the middle of a battle, my shouts seem to be locked off for what ever reason, I go and try to switch the shout manualy and I can't even change my active Power/Shout
also, when should I attempt the Forsworn story in markarth, every time i retry and get to the ring leader and try to kill them, I get stomped. I guess I'll wait till i get the Wind fury shout that makes you swing rediculously fast.

That reminds me, some shouts have really unnessisarily long cool downs @_@ the lightning storm shout with just one word is like a 5 min cool down.

Am I the only person who has never experienced a glitch while playing Skyrim? I feel like I am missing out on something special here .
That they are, although the magic ones are kind of disappointing in my opinion. |

I was pretty much glitch free for quite a while -- there does seem to be some correlation with the number of game saves and the increase in glitches/CTDs. That leads me to think the database structure of the savefile begins to bork as it contains more information.
