It's in the manga.
But anyway, clearly it's Touka simply thinking the same THING as the commentator. She can obviously notice for herself that Nodoka is close to a perfect game. Although she does say "-tte"... oh come on people, lighten up. P.S. Announcer is voiced by Minoru Shiraishi of "Lucky Channel" fame. Guess he's typecast as the male half of a male-female sitting behind a desk pair.

Okay. Given the comments earlier, I was expecting much worse and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, GONZO reused several animation scenes but overall, it was such a hilariously cute and fun episode!
I couldn't help but go "Aaaaw" the entire episode. Momoko is cute, the "I want you!" was cute, and of course, Yumi-chin being alternatively obsessed and embarrassed over the incident. Haha. As for Momoko, so apparently it doesn't affect electronics ... It only affects the people at her table. That's still a pretty cool power and given that it doesn't affect electronics... Well, good foreshadowing and setup by the story.

Momo's cute, and she's got an interesting power. Like a miniature Kragar. (Of Dragaera fame. Only if it was him, they wouldn't even start the game. They'd wait for him to show up, even if he was in his damn chair.)
All her "I only need one person" make me worry, though. I fear she'll be betrayed. |

Yep.. I really wish I could find a computer game all in english that taught you the rules and allowed you to play mahjong against AI or human players.(I have been reading/watching a ton of manga/anime lately that have mahjong games) The only thing I can find is those stupid mahjong pair games. |

But I guess it's wrong after all, since Touka is also known as online Mahjong player.

Touka is a bit different case. She wants to stand out as much as possible and has a tendency to overlook those who don't. Like for example Saki. Even though she sensed somthing from her she wasn't concerned about it after that incident at all (well, that's maybe because she's confident no one can beat Koromo). If you add to that the fact that Momo is "gold medalist in non-existence" you get the worst kind of opponent Touka can face.
