Actually, I think that's how it may even end up. Nunnally's launching several FLEIJA without knowing exactly what she's doing, thus unknowingly slaughtering millions and plunging the world into fear (hence the Damocles motif). At the point where she regains her eyesight, Lelouch (probably having inherited a Code and losing his Geass by now) needs to kill her in order to prevent her having known that she was a mass-murderer. Goes full circle with Euphemia.

Well, I don't think foxx should be criticized all that much for that. Those 4Komas are hard work...why should he/she work his/her ass off if he/she becomes disenchanted with the series?

Sayoko is still the most likely, as Anya doesn't look like someone to be bothered by ethics, also her escaping would have caused a lot of havoc and those gards searching the mansion by night rather point to a ninja escaping.

The escape just occured so Nina is of course out of the picture, as she has been most likely hiding in Ashford after the 2nd Battle of Tokyo.

How are Kallen and Gino not suspects? They are going to fight again. And I imagine them being part of a third faction (UFN) that will take down Lelouch and Schneizel.

I doubt it is any different for someone who is lame. Go talk to some people who are that way, plenty of REAL LIFE people can be VERY sucessful with disabilities.

Because Kallen was never a part of Schneizel's posse to begin with. Maybe Gino decided to join sometime in the timeskip, but definitely not Kallen.

LOL Disruptive even you...*sigh* Schneizel has mass weapons of destruction and a blind girl with her finger on the button (perhaps). Lelelouch has his geass, a KoZ and an Empire at his disposal, not to mention high-profile hostages.

And the UFN has Kallen's SEITEN and Li (who can't, even with his Schneizel-level strategic ability, even figure out Lelouch's goal of world domination is a means, not an end).

BTW could someone re-post the 30-sec Turn23 teaser?
